I live in England but after being taken to Lanzarote as a child have always loved it there. The sunshine all year round and the easy cheap flights make it perfect. When I found an apartment on the front line to the beach and when I stood on the balcony and saw the view, well this is it. Hope you love it as much as I do

Stayed at Alisons Apartment with my partner for two weeks in July ,Alison was lovelly and very helpfull Vinka picked us up from airport we had a lovely stay here with everything we needed close to sea and shops and we had great weather thanks Alison and vinka for great holiday Angela and lennie x

excellent location

this apartment was perfect for our stay it was right in the middle of everything without feeling like it wasn't peaceful. it was very well appointed and the caretaker was lovely, we will definitely be coming back. Cheryl

Great Location

This is a really nice apartment within a gated community and once you close the gate it is literally a 5 minute walk to the fantastic beach. the rear landing overlooks the well cared for volcanic garden and from the front balcony the views of the mountains and sea are fantastic. The apartment has everything that we needed and just across from the entrance gate is a pub, The Mucky Duck which serves good meals at decent prices. You can't hear any noise from the pub in the apartment so there are no problems with that. We arranged to be picked up at the airport with Vinka who was cheaper than the taxis and is a mine of information. We had a really good, relaxing break in a lovely apartment in a fantastic location.

Clean Tidy bright apartment

Perfectly situated apartment close to beach many bars and restaurants, apartments is very comfortable and has all the amenities to self cater or just have a leisurely breakfast and a glass of wine on the balcony watching the sun set before hitting the town! Cheers Alison & Vinka :O)

winter sun in November

Really enjoyable stay in Luz del Mar, lovely apartment for the two of us & blessed with a fortnight's wonderful weather, I'm a beach bum so loved the local beach for sun bathing & snorkelling, my wife loves reading & watching her favourite soaps,all possible with the free wi fi provided, came back to England feeling really refreshed, Thanks Alison

My wife and I used Google Earth to research this property and decided that as it faces south-west this would be ideal for us to relax on the balcony in the afternoon/evening.

We were delighted with the interior furnishings and would not hesitate to place the apartment at the top of our "must visit again" list.

The location is superb, being near to a selection of supermarkets, shops, cafes and bars, although not so close that noise becomes a problem. The result was that we had a very relaxing holiday and will be likely to book again.

Vinka, the lady who looks after the property, is such a lovely person who has lived on the island for a number of years and has a wealth of local knowledge. All apartments should have a Vinka.

From the Owner

There is a beautiful sandy lagoon directly across the road. A clear view of the sea, the mountains and other islands. On the doorstep just outside the gated complex are 3 supermarkets. Coffee shops and restaurants I minutes walk.

Activity and Interests


1 minutes walk to the beach, bars shops and restaurants.


The airport is a 15 minute taxi ride away. We can also offer a pick up and drop off Airport service, available on request. The harbour of Puerto Del Carmen is a 10 minute taxi ride away. Car hire is not necessary, unless you want to see the spectacular sites offered around Lanzarote. Arrecife the capital is approximately 30 minutes by bus, which run every 20 minutes, just across the road.


Lanzarote is approximately 60 miles off the West coast of Africa making it an all year round temperate climate. The Northern tip of the Island has breathtaking views and is very green and Tropical. The Southern area of the island has spectacular volcanic mountains and sandy beaches. Not to be missed is the weekly Sunday market at Teguise. Whatever you decide to do, there is something for everyone.

I have a second apartment that is exactly the same but with a king size bed.

It is next door, and to the same standard. With the balcony facing the sea it has exactly the same views. please enquire if you don't find your dates on the availability calendar.
