Luxury Villa in Coral Bay Village, Quiet Cul De Sac, Prime Position For Coral Bay Village, No Car Necessary

Location and a great pool area are key benefits of this genuinely luxury and spacious villa inside and out. A large private walk-in swimming pool (9m x 4.5m, most pools in area are 8mx4m) with great and spacious sunbathing areas and comfortable sun lounges. Benefits from having the sun all day long around the pool as well as 3 separate dining areas in the sun, shaded outside or indoors. We have many returning guests which we think reflects the service and location we offer. Only a few minutes walk to the restaurants , shops and amenities it boasts a quiet position too. We personally visit the property 4/5 times a year and are continually updating it for the enjoyment of our customers, Gardens are beautifully landscaped and well lit and can be enjoyed in the evening while relaxing on the balcony or veranda, better still whilst eating under the stars beneath the extensive pergola. The barbecue and outside fridge make al fresco dining a desirable alternative to the many excellent restaurants in the village and surrounding areas. 6 person Jacuzzi, a must for evening relaxing. Mountain and Sea views. Located in a private exclusive cud-de-sac just a short walk to Coral Bay village. All bedrooms are ensuite. The moment you walk through the door you will feel relaxed. The villa offers real comforts of home having spacious rooms that are superbly decorated with quality furnishings and air conditioning is throughout. 5 minutes walk will take you to the sea and 10 - 12 minutes walk to the main beach with all facilities. Great villa in a perfect location for Coral Bay.

Mrs O. Buckinghamshire Sept 2010 Koukouvayia is a fabulous villa, only 5mins walk from the heart of Coral Bay (you really wont need a hire car). Great places to eat and drink are within easy walking distance (5mins walk). The beach is only about a 15mins walk away. The location is perfect - really close to everything, but in a quiet, leafy road (we were barely aware that we had any neighbours - it's such a quiet road). We have stayed at the villa twice - once in 2008 and most recently September 2010, and loved it both times.

The owners are very helpful and friendly.

The villa itself is great - spacious and with everything you need (on both our visits we stayed with two other couples, and there was plenty of space for the 6 of us).

The pool is lovely - a really good size. Great pool, great outdoor space (there is a lovely patio area with a table and chairs and BBQ, which is a great place to eat.

Excellent villa, excellent location

My husband and I have been to Coral Bay for the past 8 years or so, staying in villas each time. 5 years ago we found Koukouvayia and it has been our firm favourite ever since, rebooking each year.

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac, the villa has everything you need for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. One of the main attractions for us is the pool – it’s enormous and has the sun round it all day with plenty of space for sunbathing. Whilst out there in August, the pool was warm all the time from going into it at 9 in the morning to plunging back in at midnight. The pool is at the back of the viila, affording you plenty of privacy. For those non-sun worshippers there are ample shady spots including a lovely pergola. There’s also a hot tub if you fancy it. There are 2 dining tables outside should you wish to eat al fresco.

The villa is very spacious with ample room. Each of the 3 bedrooms has an en-suite, one also has a bath. It’s like home from home with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and even an outside fridge. There is air-conditioning throughout, internet TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, iPod docking station as well as books and board games should you require them.

Karen and Keith are excellent villa owners and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are always only a phone call or email away and will quickly sort out any issues you may have. If they are out in Cyprus at the same time as you, they’re very likely to call round and see you in person to make sure everything is ok which is a lovely personal touch. They always leave a welcome pack for you with all the basic essentials and more, great if you’re on a late arrival.

A car is not essential as the villa is only a 5 minute walk away from the main strip which has a wide variety of bars and restaurants where you can sit back, relax and watch the world go by!!

My husband and I cannot recommend this villa highly enough for location, privacy, ease of booking and hospitality of the owners. Rent it and you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful Villa

Spent ten days from 18th Dec till 28th Dec in this villa and could not fault it. Right in the heart of Coral Bay so although we hired a car we did not need one. Very well equipped and a bonus having an en-suite to all bedrooms as there were three of us staying. It boasts a larger than average swimming pool and although it was too cold to use in December we hired the hot tub for the ten days which was an added bonus as it was still about 23 Degrees so we cooled down in that after a full day of catching the much needed sunshine. All the amenities are within a short walking distance and it's only ten minutes by car to Paphos Harbour etc. the buses run every ten minutes and cost one €euro. We will certainly recommend the villa to friends and will definitely book again. Thanks again to Karen for letting us stay ..

Excellent Villa

We rented this villa as our daughter was getting married in Cyprus. We needed somewhere that was suitable for a couple of 80+ young at heart pensioners. This fitted the bill exactly, a downstairs bedroom and bathroom and near to all amenities. Very well equipped, spacious and a lovely pool, we couldn't have found anywhere better.

We wanted a holiday home that could meet the needs of a young family but one that would meet our needs as the children grew up. It was important the location was right and we spent a whole week looking, Coral Bay and in particular Kings Paradise was the perfect location. We were able to work with the developer to install a larger pool. Search google maps for 'koukouvayia' and you will be able to see the location and the larger pool. The property is very spacious inside and all rooms have ensuite bathrooms, an added bonus. Location was key and it is only a short walk to Coral Bay village to the excellent choice of restaurants and bars. During the day it is 15 mins stroll to Coral Bay beach. We have combined a great location with spacious well furnished accommodation for customer enjoymen

Villas on Kings Paradise probably boast the best position in Coral Bay for many. It is close to the village but does not get the noises that others can get and is considerably more spacious indoors than some of the newer builds have. It has the personal touch with contemporary artwork throughout, outdoor towels provided and bath robes in each room. Duvets are provided and a free welcome pack on arrival. We have a travel cot and high available for free. The hot tub provides for that special experience and is always available when pools are somewhat cooler .
