About the Owner

We are a young married couple from London with two small children. We've been going to Italy since we were children ourselves and absolutely love it. So much so, we decided to buy and build the house of our dreams there! We love great food, wine, weather and culture - everything you get plenty of in Italy and we enjoy with friends and family in our wonderful house.

A big thank you for our stay in your lovely home! The house is simply beautiful and in such idyllic surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, so much so we hardly left the area. Most of the time we were happy to laze by the pool by day and spend every evening making the most of the fantastic kitchen and local produce. We have been to villas before but never one as well organised as yours. You have thought of everything you could possibly need for a home away from home:games, DVD’s, cook books (Jamie Oliver’s book is so much better when you have proper Italian ingredients). It was quite simply, perfect. For such a wonderful holiday.... Grazie!!! Paul, London

Thank you so much for our stay in your beautifully presented house. We are very impressed with the standard and can see all the hard work that's gone in. We had a wonderful time made comfortable and splendidly relaxing by the home you have created. We felt very privileged to be staying there. Congratulations. Grace, Oxford

Tranquil calm & breathtaking idyllic scenery.

This is a spectacular house in the unspoiled, picturesque mountains near the East coast of Italy overlooking the most breathtaking views imaginable. It is so blissfully quiet here, I can hear nothing (outside the ruckus of my own children) but the crickets.

The house is very well equipped, from the large swimming pool, expansive garden, beautiful outdoor eating area and man-sized bbq, there is everything you need for a relaxing, effortless vacation.

Wonderful villa

  • 4 of 5

We had a wonderful two weeks at Villa Vista Verde. We were a group of nine, two families (children aged 11-7) and a single friend. The villa is very well equipped and feels like a home not a holiday rental and has everything you need from lots of games and DVDs to a lovely kitchen where cooking was a pleasure. The house is large enough to give everyone their own space and the girls loved having their own floor to play and escape to when they weren't in the pool.

The pool and gardens are beautiful and on a couple of days we didn't even leave the villa as the children had space to play and the adults could relax enjoying the panoramic views. The pool is lovely and kept clean by regular visits by the cleaners. It is big enough for everyone to be in a the same time and we had loads of fun and games.

We explored many of the villages in the surrounding areas, a few of the restaurants and sampled lots of lovely Gelato. It was festival time during our visit, it was sometimes challenging finding out information but people where very friendly and helpful when asked, so we partied with the locals. We also drove to the beach for a couple of afternoons, which was about a 40 minute drive and the children loved hiring a pedelo, which was very cheap.

We all had a great holiday and have come away with very fond memories of the villa in Falerone.

Great trip to Le Marche

  • 5 of 5

We were two families - four adults and four kids in total (between 6 and 9 years of age), looking for rest and relaxation. We found it. The house is beautiful. Really great kitchen with everything you could need. Beautifully furnished. Clean, spacious bedrooms, nice bathrooms, great showers - all perfect indoors. However, it was outdoors that the villa really came into its own. A really beautiful garden and the perfect pool. I will miss spending time relaxing in the pools looking out over the rolling hills of Le Marche, with Falerone on the hilltop nearby.

Our biggest worry was that it would all be too quiet and too remote. It wasn't. Le Marche is great. Falerone was beautiful and there were plenty of restaurants within a short drive, and lots of great places to visit. You need a car - would be difficult to walk anywhere for dinner - and the road down to the house is a little hair-raising, but other than that everything was perfect.

Day trip to Urbisaglia highly recommended. Beautiful nature reserve in an old monastery outside the town, fascinating roman ruins right by the town, and a beautiful fortress right in the centre.

We had a great time in Falerone and would not hesitate to recommend Villa Vesta Verde!

From the Owner

We knew we wanted to buy in Italy and the Marche offered everything we could want - beautiful scenery, historic towns, mountains, beaches, great food and wine, but all without the crowds and cost of Tuscany or Umbria. The people are amazingly friendly and you can't fail to be made to feel welcome. We love the area so much, we even got married there when we fell in love with a tiny local church and persuaded 100 friends to join us for the most incredible weekend.
