We've just returned from Parque da Corcovada (apartment 37 1b) and had a lovely time. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and immaculately furnished, and the complex is well situated for walking to the beaches and shops. There is a good choice of pubs, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the land train will take you to the Old Town.

Special thanks to Susan and Shaun Taylor for their helpful advice and assistance - I would highly recommend this apartment!

We’ve just returned from a weeks stay at Parque da Corcovada. The apartment is clean, beautifully furnished, and comfortably slept 4 persons. The pool area is regularly maintained and is ideal for relaxing. The complex itself is well presented and it is only a short distance for walking to the shops, beaches and the many restaurants and pubs Albufeira has to offer.

Thank you to Susan for all her helpful knowledge of the area - We would definitely go back to this apartment again

clean, friendly owner, great location

We booked the shuttle service offered as an extra in with this apartment. Were picked up promptly and dropped at the accommodation with no issue. The cot and high chair we had requested were there upon our arrival. The apartment was lovely, clean and had everything we required. Great for a little family. There were extra sheets for more chilly nights, which our September stay did require. Everything in the apartment had clear instructions for use and the safe was nice and easy to work out.

The staff on the ground were helpful and there if we needed them.

The location is just a ten minute walk from the new town strip so is easy to get to, but no noise issues. Very quiet at night in fact. At the top of the strip is the stop for the Tourist train that takes you down to the old town for a very reasonable price so the place is also convenient for that. The old town, while beautiful and more characterful than the new town is not an ideal place to stay permanently if you have a buggy you need to use.

The community areas in the complex, including the pool, are wonderfully kept. The only downside in respect of the place is the pool attached to this block (large complex, lots of blocks, each with a separate pool) loses the sun around 3.30 at the time of year we went. But as the pool area wasn't really where we wanted to be this wasn't a problem for us.

Prior to and on our return Susan was lovely, helpful and accommodating. Couldn't do enough to make sure we had a good holiday.

All in all I would heartily recommend this apartment.

Perfect Getaway in the Sun

Had a lovely relaxing week in this beautiful apartment. Great location away from the bustle but very easy to walk if you want it. Shops and restaurants closeby. Robertos chicken shop and new dubliner pub on doorstep.

Small pools but it wasn't busy so no fighting for sunbeds. All very relaxed.

All in all a great holiday. Would definitely recommend to friends or return to this apartment if staying in Albufeira again.

Fantastic, would recommend to anyone!

What a great place this is. A modern, clean and stylish apartment that I rented for a week. All the mod cons that you would have at home, I couldn't of asked for better.

Location was pretty much spot on. Handy to get from the airport and not far away from the main attractions and shops etc.

The Taylors were very pleasant to deal with, it all went without a hitch. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Great place for a holiday!

A great flat in a good location and all you need for a lovely holiday! It is within easy reach of the airport, but not too close to be bothered by the noise and traffic. The flat is immaculate, well maintained and comfortable with all the modern conveniences of any home. The building is nice, quiet and safe and the grounds are nice as well. The flat overlooks one of the pools at the complex which is just the right size and not too busy or loud, just a nice place to relax. A little bit of a stroll will get you to lots of bars and restaurants on The Strip (which is quite lively at night) and also down to the beach. There are hills and a few are quite steep, so be aware. The owners of this flat (Shaun and Susan Taylor) are professional, helpful and friendly and happy to help to ensure that your stay is great. I would happily make a return trip here without hesitation and have recommended it friends and family. The combination of excellent accommodation, a fun and lively area and nice amenities within the complex and the town make this a great place to do as much or as little as desired and still have a great holiday.

Suitable for anyone wanting a golfing holiday, within 30 minute drive of over 16 golf courses. Apartment has ample space to store clubs! Car hire available at entrance to complex. Contact details available for golf packages.


Beaches Santa Elulia and Praia d'Oura are both within walking distance, Praia d'Oura is a popular beach with water sports and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby while Santa Elulia is a quiet expanse of white sands which has car parking and ramps to sand. Fishermans Beach is located near the Old Town, the road train, bus or taxis can take you there.


A 35 minute drive from Faro airport, Albufeira is located in central Algarve with easy access to the length of the Algarve.


A short drive to family attractions such as Zoo Marine and Aqua Park.
