About the property


Luxurious 1 and 2 bed apt which sleeps up to 5 people. Take advantage of the magnificent panoramic sea and hilltop views whilst relaxing on the oversized balcony with a glass of chilled locally produced wine, fire up the BBQ for Alfresco dining. The apartment is in a secluded position whilst having the benefit of being close to Peyia Village and its local tavernas, shops etc being a 2 minute drive away. Coral Bay Beach and all its amenities is only a 5 minute drive away. The apartment has the allocated parking right outside the front door of the apartment for ease of access.

There was never any doubt as to the location we wanted. Peyia Village is picturesque and traditional however all the usual essentials for a great family holiday are very close by without being intrusive. As parents of young children we wanted somewhere which offered a holiday environment without the threat of 'lager louts' spoiling our holiday.

Alyssa's apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious & modern. It has everything needed for your holiday. The view from the huge balcony was both stunning & breathtaking. We loved Alyssa's information pack she has put together full to the brim with places to visit, restaurants, medical info, but undoubtedly the best thing about it is all Alyssa's anecdotes. It did rain a couple of times but luckily when we were in bed so didn't interfere with our holiday. We preferred staying away from a few of the tourist areas instead opting to drive around the villages meeting the local people who are very warm, welcoming & very friendly. We can highly recommend Kouklia & a taverna there called Diazlos. Fantastic food & a lovely family that own it. In Polis there is a little signpost that says "camping" you drive down a dirt track to get to it, but it is so worthwhile as when you get there there is the beach with a great beach bar serving food, drinks hot & cold & cocktails. Just past Coral Bay follow the signpost for another stunning taverna called Yialos. Again you dine right on top of the beautiful turquoise med right by the side of where you eat, again the food is outstanding. You definitely need a car to get around if you want to see Cyprus & not just lie on a sunbed the whole of your holiday although if that's what you want to do there is nothing wrong with that either & at Alyssa's apartment there is plenty of room to do just that on the huge balcony. It has 2 sunbed's, a table & 4 chairs with a parasol & a gas BBQ at one end. The other end is a sofa, coffee table & 2 chairs. Also over the sunbed's there is a huge movable parasol. Peyia village is beautiful. We stayed at the apartment 5th-19th April 2017 so we were there at Easter which is an important holiday to the Cypriots. It was really lovely hearing the church bells ringing. The supermarket Phillapos has everything you need, their butchers & bakery are outstanding as are their fresh vegetables which are enormous. I advise you take painkillers, deodorant & shampoo with you in your suitcase as these items are expensive. Eg. Ibuprofen from their pharmacy are over €5 a packet, something we only pay 39p for. Once again I can't thank Alyssa enough for such an amazing holiday & we can't wait until we can return, which hopefully will be soon. Sharon & Chris Fisher. London.

Villa with amazing views, spacious terrace, clean and comfortable

We had a lovely week in the villa, it has patio doors opening on to the terrace from both the lounge and double bedroom. It is very clean and well equipt for what we needed, air con in the bedrooms and lounge which we didn't require as we found the gentle breeze through the patio doors and the ceiling fan in the bedroom were sufficient for us in September.

The terrace is a great size from which we enjoyed drinks watching the sun set over the sea, bbq's overlooking the stunning views or just catching a few rays on the sun loungers.

I would recommend a car to get around and in to Peyia where there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from, if you want something a little more lively then Coral Bay is not much further in the car.

We would recommend and hope to return.

Our 4th visit to the apartment and as always it was excellently presented Bill does a great job. We spent many happy hours enjoying the views from the superb balcony. We cannot wait for our return visit in June 2016 when we will visit all our favourite haunts in the very welcoming Pegia village.

Superb holiday

Superb, well maintained apartment and complex with great views from the massive balcony. Very well equipped with all you need for a home from home feel. We found some lovely places to eat and drink in Peyia, which has all you would need during your holiday. Can't wait to visit again later in the year. Highly Recommended apartment and location.

Lovely location

We booked this apartment as we were coming to Cyprus for a wedding - the apartment had all we needed & more we were very impressed, it was very clean when we arrived which is a bonus as we have had some nightmares in the past! The views from the extra large balcony were to die for, we saw some amazing sunsets out there.

The village of Peyia has all you need & some fantastic eateries - Peyia tavern being one.

We would recommend this apartment (and have done) well worth it - WE WILL BE BACK

5 minutes drive from Coral Bay beach which is one of the best in the area and has numerous water sports and activities. Paphos old town and harbour 15 minutes drive away. Within easy driving distance of other local attractions ie 'Tombs of the Kings' 'Aphrodities Rock' 'Catacombs' Paphos water park, go-karting, mini golf, Paphos bird and animal park. Short drive to the Akamas Peninsula (nature reserve). The Trodos Mountains are within easy driving distance.


There is now a new bus service from Paphos to Coral Bay at a cost of 3 euros.

Airport 40 minute drive. Use of car is highly recommended. Airport pickup can be arranged at local cost.


2 minutes to Peyia village centre. 5 minutes to Coral Bay. 15 minutes to Paphos Old Town. Various places of interest within a short driving distance.

Peyia village has traditional tavernas, coffee shops, supermarket, bakers, butchers (sells traditional Cypriot fare), family run pizza shop, bank, bars, deli, and gym.
