About the property


Luxurious 1 and 2 bed apt which sleeps up to 5 people. Take advantage of the magnificent panoramic sea and hilltop views whilst relaxing on the oversized balcony with a glass of chilled locally produced wine, fire up the BBQ for Alfresco dining. The apartment is in a secluded position whilst having the benefit of being close to Peyia Village and its local tavernas, shops etc being a 2 minute drive away. Coral Bay Beach and all its amenities is only a 5 minute drive away. The apartment has the allocated parking right outside the front door of the apartment for ease of access.

Why Alyssa Smart chose Coral Bay Area

There was never any doubt as to the location we wanted. Peyia Village is picturesque and traditional however all the usual essentials for a great family holiday are very close by without being intrusive. As parents of young children we wanted somewhere which offered a holiday environment without the threat of 'lager louts' spoiling our holiday.

I can sum it up by saying it is a fantastic apartment. We were just about the only people there, we had one neighbour next door, never saw them and a couple of people coming and going in other apartments. Just a quick email to say how much we enjoyed our holiday in Cyprus. Your apartment is lovely and we made full use of the fantastic balcony, the views are spectacular! We even loved the crowing of the neighbourhood cockerel although i must admit he certainly liked the sound of his own voice! Very Happy

We stayed for a week at the end of Feb 2017. We hired a car and followed the directions we had been given, found the apartment no problem. Very happy with the apartment, nice big bed, decent shower, British TV. We had a problem with the fridge which Bill got a repair man to fix even though it was a Cypriot Bank Holiday. The terrace is FAB-U-LOUS! Views are fantastic, you see the sun set in the evening, loads of space, fantastic. Never been to Peyia before, lovely little place. The Haris Bar do a great full English and the supermarket behind the church in the village stocks anything you could ever want and is open til 21:00. We'll be looking to book again the next time we visit Cyprus.

Wonderful location and spectacular views

Detailed directions very helpful as would have been tough to find without them.

Clean and tidy with great balcony are ideal for outdoor living and soaking up the great views over Coral Bay.

Would suggest more than one set of towels or some washing powder/liquid and even a small welcome pack of tea/coffee especially as we arrived late evening. Even a water cooler or simply a bottle of water in the fridge would have been welcome.

Very quiet and relaxing village and only a short journey to shops, bars and restaurants, car essential though.

We will definitely return to Cyprus and specifically this side of the island. Wonderful weather and wonderful people.

smart and well presented

stayed for two weeks mid august 2016 , had a fantastic stay in this property , great views over coral bay , very clean apartment and well stocked for our two weeks , had the shared pool to our self for the first week and only a few people the second week , was peaceful and relaxing but you will need a car to get around as lots of hills to get around .. will defiantly be going again , highly recommended , Gary and Jill from Kent .

Lovely apartment, fantastic balcony & View!

A very clean functional apartment in a great location near enough to the village and not too far away from Coral Bay. Fantastic view and a very large balcony. Worth a stay. Visit 'The last Castle ' at Viklari by the coast for an authentic eating experience.
