About the property


Luxurious 1 and 2 bed apt which sleeps up to 5 people. Take advantage of the magnificent panoramic sea and hilltop views whilst relaxing on the oversized balcony with a glass of chilled locally produced wine, fire up the BBQ for Alfresco dining. The apartment is in a secluded position whilst having the benefit of being close to Peyia Village and its local tavernas, shops etc being a 2 minute drive away. Coral Bay Beach and all its amenities is only a 5 minute drive away. The apartment has the allocated parking right outside the front door of the apartment for ease of access.

We are two business women/friends . After enjoying many family holidays here in Cyprus we decided to invest in a property that our families and others would be able to enjoy and take advantage of.

Why Alyssa Smart chose Peyia

There was never any doubt as to the location we wanted. Peyia Village is picturesque and traditional however all the usual essentials for a great family holiday are very close by without being intrusive. As parents of young children we wanted somewhere which offered a holiday environment without the threat of 'lager louts' spoiling our holiday.

I can sum it up by saying it is a fantastic apartment. We were just about the only people there, we had one neighbour next door, never saw them and a couple of people coming and going in other apartments. Just a quick email to say how much we enjoyed our holiday in Cyprus. Your apartment is lovely and we made full use of the fantastic balcony, the views are spectacular! We even loved the crowing of the neighbourhood cockerel although i must admit he certainly liked the sound of his own voice! Area very hilly not suitable if you have mobility issues and I would recommend hiring a car.

Great views and very well appointed apartment. Personally I think you need a car to get around area. Ate at the Brewery Bar very good value for money. Renegades in Coral Bay hit and miss. Philipos supermarkets reasonable priced and staff helpful butcher area excellent.

Great views from a well-equipped apartment

Stayed in the 2-bed apartment, spacious and everything you need for a real home-from-home stay. Fabulous view from the very large balcony, plenty of chairs to sit out there comfortably. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the village where there are a few restaurants and decent supermarket.

A lovely relaxing week in a great apartment

The apartment has everything you need to make a comfortable stay. Good shower and water pressure, comfortable bed and stunning views with great outside furniture. Very clean. Due to its location would recommend a car. Lovely pool although very bracing. We were also lucky with the weather which was the icing on the cake. Would recommend.

Perfect apartment with everything you need for a great holiday

We had such a great time here there is so much to do in this area. The apartment is great with everything you need and an amazing balcony which is so lovely in the evenings watching the sunset. We really hope to be back!

5 minutes drive from Coral Bay beach which is one of the best in the area and has numerous water sports and activities. Paphos old town and harbour 15 minutes drive away. Within easy driving distance of other local attractions ie 'Tombs of the Kings' 'Aphrodities Rock' 'Catacombs' Paphos water park, go-karting, mini golf, Paphos bird and animal park. Short drive to the Akamas Peninsula (nature reserve). The Trodos Mountains are within easy driving distance.


There is now a new bus service from Paphos to Coral Bay at a cost of 3 euros.

Airport 40 minute drive. Use of car is highly recommended. Airport pickup can be arranged at local cost.


2 minutes to Peyia village centre. 5 minutes to Coral Bay. 15 minutes to Paphos Old Town. Various places of interest within a short driving distance.

Peyia village has traditional tavernas, coffee shops, supermarket, bakers, butchers (sells traditional Cypriot fare), family run pizza shop, bank, bars, deli, and gym.
