Only 300 metres from the centre of Kapparis, offering an array of year round facilities and amenities, including international cuisine, coffee bars and local tavernas. Within 7 minutes walk you can reach 3 great beaches including the popular secluded Firemans Beach, Malama Beach is less than 5 minutes and offers a choice of water sports. The coastal path provides fabulous opportunity to discover other secluded beaches, churches and places of interest. The popular resort of Protaras, a 10 minute drive provides a vast array of shops and restaurants and the famous Fig Tree Bay. Activities in Ayia Napa just 15 minutes include fabulous Water Park, Nissi Beach and of course nightlife. All of this accessible by local taxi, bus or hire car. If you want to just relax, make the most of the private veranda and communal pool and playground.

We love this place and our lovely apartment in the setting of Kapparis, an area with a lovely mix of residential and holiday owners. We love Cyprus, the people, the culture, the wonderful year round climate and the unspoilt nature of the surrounding area.

We thoroughly recommend it and hope you will too!

We are a busy active family of four and this lovely complex and accessibility to the beaches makes it a perfect family retreat.

We wanted a property in an area that felt more than just a resort. Kapparis has excellent year round facilities and feels like part of the local area too. Mythical Sands ticked the box for us on all fronts - great location, access to three beaches and variety of restaurants and friendly bars all within walking distance. Cyprus is so easy to drive around that should you want to explore, you can with ease and safety.

What makes this apartment unique

Top floor apartment providing a private veranda not overlooking the complex and other holiday makers, arguably making it one of the best located apartments on Mythical Sands. Its convenience to local shops, beaches, access to other local resorts. Should you not wish to hire a car you can walk to wherever you want to go including the delightful town of Paralimni.

Notes on accommodation: Welcome pack of essential food and drink can be provided at a small extra cost. We can also provide cot/ high chair. Most requests can be met so please just ask, our local manager Sofia will come to greet you within 24 hours of arrival and be available to advise/help with anything during your stay. Outside: A high quality wicker/glass table and chairs and 2 loungers are provided on the veranda including electric BBQ and drying rack. There is a good size communal pool shared by the apartments with plenty of loungers and underground changing room and showers. Also beach chairs and cool bag provided. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property will be cleaned prior to arrival, additional bed/cot and bedding can be arranged and beach towels can be provided at additional cost. A mid stay clean can also be arranged if required. Note we have mattresses and sofa steamed cleaned annually Other: A private, larger than average veranda including electric BBQ, wicker table and chairs perfect for quiet alfresco dining. Also two sun loungers. There is also a lift to the apartment providing easy access for those with young children or disabilities.

Well located, reasonably priced with a nice patio

The apartment is very practical and we had a lovely week's holiday. Bedrooms and bathroom are fine, the kitchen is well equipped. The patio is wonderful for breakfast and gets the sun up to the late afternoon - we spent a lot of time on it. The village of Kapparis is not too built up and has some goo restaurants. There are some great beaches within 7 to 10 minutes walk. Plenty more beaches and loads of activities within 30 minutes drive. Lots of good ideas in the Suggestions Book and in the Guest Book comments.

We had enjoyable experience staying at this place.

Quiet location but close to hustle and bustle.

Owners were quick to respond on inquiry.

On arrival we were greeted by cleaning lady who was friendly and helpful .

I definitely recommend this property!

The second year in a row, with huge pleasure we come back to apartments.

Warm situation reminding a home, the sympathetic owners ready at any time to come to the rescue, give rise to feeling of confidence and serenity,

Excellent arrangement: near a beach and shops. A large number of cafe and restaurants in pedestrian availability.

Coast/Beach:

Kapparis is an area of outstanding unspoilt beauty, within easy walking distance there are 3 lovely beaches, Firemans Beach, Malama nearest and includes water sports and Ayia Triada with its beautiful fishing marina and church. For the explorers the coastal path can be followed through to Ayia Napa and Protaras providing many secluded beaches along the way and fascinating nature and historic churches. The path continues beyond Protaras to the National Park of Cape Greko.

Travel:

The apartment is just 45 minutes from Larnaca by car or taxi. Paphos is a 2 hour drive away but an easy route and there are some very good flights year round. Driving in Cyprus is on left the same as the UK but without traffic. We can provide private transfers with our lovely driver Will or car hire through Champion rental , they meet you at Larnarca so avoid queues or outrageous additional charges! If required, delivery to the apartment can also be arranged, email us for special rates.

Distances:

Larnaca Airport 65km - 45 minute drive.

Paralimni - nearest town at 2km, providing supermarkets, shops and historical interest.

Protaras 4km - beaches/restaurants and sports.

Ayia Napa 15km - water park, large beaches, harbour and sea trips and nightlife.

Larnaca 65km - shops galore, lovely waterfront walk and large beach.

Local buses are within 400 metres.

Paphos Airport 2 hour drive.

Further Details:

Built in 2010 and perfectly equippped for the home from home holiday, top floor means you get privacy, no noisy neighbours above and a quiet balcony from which to take in the view of the sea and not the car park! A fully equippped kitchen inc full range of cooking dishes should you wish to cook, cafetiere if you like your real coffee etc. Perfectly situated for the local facilities and beaches. There is a supermarket and bakery within 3 minutes, perfect for breakfast. On the road through Kapparis there is a wide choice of local and international cuisine, along with trendy coffee bars and tavernas and car hire. The 3 local beaches offer seclusion and variety and there is no need to venture further unless you wish to do so. The town of Nicosia is well worth a visit as is the delightful market town of Paralimni (Cyprus' answer to Kensington!) where you can enjoy a coffee in the square and feel a million miles away from home.

We provide a hair dryer, iphone/ipod chargers, soap, washing up and dishwasher powder, dvd's and beach equipment and tennis raquets for a small deposit.
