Villa in Begur, Costa Brava, Spain - Spectacular Views of the Sea and Valley

The house is located in a quiet residential area of Ses Costes, Aiguablava, in a superb position at the end of a cul-de-sac. Privacy and tranquility are ensured, even in the busy month of August. Featuring a large living/dining area with fireplace, fully equipped family kitchen, 3 double bedrooms (2 with en-suite bathroom), 1 twin bedroom, 1 kids bedroom with bunk-beds and a 2 further bathrooms - also has a single bedroom with bathroom in the garden area. The large garage can fit 3 to 4 cars. Just outside the living room is a dining terrace with barbecue overlooking the swimming pool, the sea and the hills. For sport lovers the villa features an open air squash court which can also be used as badminton court and a petanque area with garden bar. Just minutes away are the beaches of Aiguablava and Platja Fonda. The area is a golfer's paradise with three 18-hole golf courses within 15 minutes drive and five others, including the PGS course near Girona.

Notes on accommodation: The villa is used regularly by the owners, hence has a personal feel, and attention to quality and detail. Pool and garden are maintained throughout the year. Outside: The kitchen and living room have access to the south-facing terrace. From the terrace 4 steps will lead you to the large swimming pool (10m x 5m), the pool has a safety fence. From the terrace you will have full control of any activity happening in the water area. On the side of the house you will find a proper petanque ground with adjacent bar - ideal for aperitif. Also open-air squash court. Squash racquets, petanque boule, badminton racquets are provided. Utility Room: Washing machine, freezer, ironing board and direct access to the rear patio, equipped with drying lines. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels, beach towels and linen are provided. The house is cleaned for your arrival. For guest staying longer than 1 week, a mid-stay clean will be provided. Other: Terrace has a large table fitting 10 to 12 and a built in barbecue. Central heating throughout the house.

Great property for all the family!

Perfect property for family groups of all ages. Masses of space and activities on site for everyone. Outside space was brilliant with a large flat garden and lots of areas to sit in the shade or sun and enjoy the views. Owners were very helpful and obliging throughout. We had two toddlers in the party and the safety fence around the pool ( very clean and well maintained) was in place when we arrived. Thank you! The kitchen and BBQ areas were all clean and well stocked and there was a lovely outside eating area. The bar area was perfect for an aperitif in the evening.

The beach is at the bottom of the hill! Lovely.

Begur is a vibrant and interesting town ( short taxi ride) with lots of bars and restaurants. We also enjoyed a very special memorable family meal at Sa Rascassa, an informal restaurant in an idyllic setting in a cove just up the coast.

We had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend this property.
