Villa in Adsubia, Pego, Nr. Denia, Costa Blanca - Tranquil Location, 10 Mins to Beaches

‘Casa Pelaro’ is situated on the hillside of Les Basetes above the village of Adsubia near the old market town of Pego, not far from Denia, on the Costa Blanca North. The area is unspoilt and the villa has spectacular views over the citrus groves and mountains. Adsubia (10 minutes walk away) has the usual small shops, bars and a good restaurant. Pego has a more extensive choice of shopping facilities, including banks, internet cafe and larger supermarkets. It also boasts some excellent restaurants, serving tapas, menu del dia and a varied selection of both typical Spanish and international cuisine. There is a superb sandy beach just 10 minutes drive from the villa and the resorts of Denia, Oliva and Javea are 15/20 minutes. Turning inland from the villa, a very short drive, will bring you to into the Valle de Gallinera - the land of cherry trees with its mountainside tapas bars and breathtaking views. Casa Pelaro is a contemporary style home beautifully maintained with a private pool and terraces for al fresco dining. Ideally placed for those who wishing to relax in a quiet location but with nearby restaurants and shops and easy access to the beaches and resorts of Denia, Javea, Oliva and Gandia.

Absolute Perfection!

We stayed at La Marina Alta for a week and is was amazing. The villa itself invites the views inside with it's numerous doors and windows that can be opened wide to create seamless indoor/outdoor living. One can't quite take their eyes off the surrounding mountains and valley as you dine on the outdoor terrace. Or perhaps you might enjoy lounging by the pool, or in it! Drink in hand, it's relaxation at it's finest.

The kitchen is great, the bedrooms extremely comfortable and overall we couldn't recommend this property enough.

Graham and Polly are fantastic and met us at the property and urged us to contact them if ever we needed anything or had any questions. We'd like to thank them for their kindness and everything they did to make our holiday a perfect stay.

Don't even think twice, book this villa :)

From the moment we booked Casa Pelaro Polly and Graham were so helpful. They met us at the villa and happily showed us around.

The villa itself was excellent with everything we could have needed. It was clean and very well presented. The view was stunning and the pool a complete delight. There was six of using the villa and not once did we feel crowded. I will happily book this villa again and look forward to doing so.

Casa Pelaro is situated 10 minutes drive from the beautiful sandy beaches at Les Deveses, which has a windsurfing school and from the unspoilt sandy beaches at Oliva. The resorts of Denia and Javea are 20/30 minutes drive. Gandia is 40 minutes from the villa.


Casa Pelaro is very conveniently located just an hour's drive from either Valencia or Alicante airport. Car hire is essential.


The villa is situated just a 10 mins walk from Adsubia and a 5 minute drive from the market town of Pego.

The harbour towns of Denia, Oliva, Javea and Gandia are between 20/40 minutes drive. Denia has an old fortress overlooking the harbour and restaurants.

The city of Valencia can be accessed by car along the AP7 and is about 1 hour's drive time.

Alicante can be visited by motorway (approx 1 hour) or by train from Denia, stopping at all the smaller towns along the coast.

Further Details:

A wide range of activities can be found in this area, including horse riding, walking, cycling and hiking. Various water sports are also available from the nearby resorts. Denia has a port where you can take a local boat along the coast or a ferry to the Balearic islands should you wish to explore this part of the Mediterranean.

Prices quoted are for the property per week in UK Pounds based on 3 bedroom option (6 guests) there is additional charge for the 4th Bedroom en-suite depending on time of year. Booking Notes:
If you are interested in spending time in our Spanish home please email below, we will provisionally reserve your dates for 24 hours while you organise flights etc. A 25% Booking Deposit is then payable to secure your booking with the balance, plus a Security Deposit payable 8 weeks prior arrival. Security Deposits will be returned between 3-10 days after your holiday.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are flexible except during July and August (Saturdays), However, we will try our best to meet all your needs. The house will be available by 4.30pm on the day of arrival and vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure on Saturday changes.

25% deposit at time of booking, balance eight weeks prior to holiday plus returnable security deposit.
