Situated in an upmarket residential area, this luxury villa is just 12 minutes walk to the town centre and Burriana beach. The villa is furnished to an exacting specification with many pieces of original art. A wrap around terrace looks over a magnificent new ten metre pool and terrace with teak outdoor furniture. Inside, you will find satellite TV, DVD, ipod docking station and free Wifi for guests. The property is set in its own private walled garden, secured with electric gates. Upstairs there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a large living/dining area, fully fitted modern kitchen and 2 excellent bathrooms. Downstairs, a further 4 double bedrooms, bathroom and family room can be found including TV and DVD. A second new fully fitted kitchen completes the property, allowing more than one family to enjoy their stay. Beautiful Villa in wonderful Nerja

Excellent week long stay at Villa Marnell. The property is spacious enough for a large party not to feel too cramped, lovely garden, good mod cons, pool is huge and fantastic for a kids and adults alike.

Having stayed in numerous properties in Nerja, this location is perfect for access to both Burianna and the town whist still retaining the quiet and privacy. Plenty of access to small local shops and only couple of hundred metres from two large supermarkets.

Wonderful family holiday

Wonderful villa with a magnificent pool. Well maintained.

Just back after a wonderful 2 weeks spent in this villa. The villa can accommodate very large families giving everyone space together and space for quiet time. The balcony is wonderful for family meals and lazing about during the day. The pool is one of the largest we have had. You don't need a car as it is within walking distance of centre and beach. Housekeeper was very efficient and any questions we had were answered right away. Been to several villas in nerja over the years but this is by far a family favourite we will be back.

Family holiday

This villa is beautiful every member of my family loved it. It's very safe and secure for little ones. The pool is lovely and big and its in a position that the sun covers the pool when it's out. The balcony is lovely to sit out in the evenings. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Excellent Villa!

First class accomodation in a very well maintained large villa. Property was spotless, spacious and splendiferous! Found the pool facility to be the best villa pool we have ever experienced; the pool being of a good size and set in a lovely private garden.Town amenities and beach are a mere walk away.. We loved it and very happy to highly recommend!!

Fabulous villa. Perfect Location

The villa is huge and has a fabulous pool. Everything was spotless and is very well appointed. However the best thing is the location. You can walk to the beach, the town, all of the restaurants and bars, and the local shops. The size of the villa makes it ideal for a large or extended family. The huge dining table on the lovely terrace that overlooks the garden and pool makes a great place for everyone to gather. We were there in mid March and the weather was beautiful. The ideal place to stay if you are going to Nerja, and I have absolutely no doubt that we will stay here again.

Coast/Beach:

A ten minute walk takes you to beautiful Burriana beach with great shops, restaurants and cafes.

Travel:

Malaga airport is approx 50 kilometers.

We can either help you with car rental or organise taxi transfers from/to Malaga airport. A car is not necessary but recommended if you wish to discover the beautiful countryside of Andalusia and maybe visit some of the beautiful cities like Granada, Cordoba or Seville.

Further Details:

A car is not essential when you arrive at this wonderful villa. The beach and town centre with bars, restaurants and shopping are all within easy walking distance.

  • Notes on accommodation: A full range of other services are available upon request including cots for infants. We are happy to recommend a local car hire company. Upon arrival, a car is not essential as the property is conveniently located. It is within easy walking distance to the town centre and beach. Outside: The property is set in it own, private, walled garden with electric gates. A new ten metre pool has recently been constructed with travertine tiling to the magnificent terraces. The garden contains many fruit trees and a beautiful palm. Utility Room: The utility area is in the double garage and contains a separate washing machine and tumble dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Quality towels and linen are supplied and are changed by the weekly maid service. However additional service is available by arrangement. Other: The wrap around terrace has been furnished to allow all fourteen guests to relax and eat together.
