Within 10 minutes drive of the villa you will find championship golf courses, numerous restaurants, golden beaches, the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve and many other sports and leisure facilities. Fully air-conditioned throughout plus optional u/f heating should your stay be during the winter months. Can accommodate 10 people comfortably but if 12 people are staying, 2 extra beds are available but there will be an additional charge. The fully matured and well manicured gardens are well stocked and have a border of oleander which adds to the privacy. There is a large 12 x 5 mtr swimming pool with cover, which can be heated when required. There are terrace areas surrounding the house and pool, and the garden is partly laid to lawn. Gas BBQ and covered dining terrace with patio furniture. Utility Room: Washing machine, extra fridge, iron and ironing board, access to outside drying area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Week stay includes mid-week towel change & light clean. Fortnightly stay also includes full clean after a week, an additional towel change plus a linen change. Towels, pool towels & linen are included. Extra maid service on request at additional cost. Other: Games room in the basement with pool table, table tennis, darts and table football, plus an additional large plasma screen with cable TV. A small air-conditioned study can also be found in the basement.

Excellent stay in a gorgeous villa!

This villa is a great property to take both family and friends. I visited the villa with 7 friends, and there was easily room for more. Very spacious with 5 double bedrooms, all ensuite and large living areas. The private pool and garden were kept immaculate and offer a great, relaxing outdoor area with a BBQ.

The villa is located around 5-10 minutes away from some lovely restaurants, golf courses and beaches. The facilities within the villa are excellent and everything is very clean and well-maintained.

I strongly recommend this villa to anyone, and I have already re booked next year!

What a fantastic house, 5 double bedrooms all ensuite, kitchen & outdoor BBQ area right next to fabulous private swimming pool and garden. The lounge area with it high atrium ceiling is massive, with awesome atrium TV and sound system fit for a king and queen and all their siblings. Games room down stairs, with pool, table tennis & footy. You could have a great holiday if you never left this place, but the beach and the chilled bars are just a few minutes drive away. The golf courses on the door step at Quinta Do Lago are the best in the Algarve without exception. Just 20 mins drive from the airport, this place is paradise. We already re booked for 2017.....all 10 of us!

A Fabulous place to stay with family and friends

My family and I have stayed at this villa on several occasions and we cannot recommend it highly enough. It stands in its own lovely grounds and is situated a stones throw away from the very fashionable Quinta area as well as being within close proximity to numerous fantastic golf courses as well as great affordable restaurants and some rather more expensive ones!

The accommodation is superb it is quite minimalist at the same time as being very comfortable....sorry clutter lovers but when there are kids around you don't need to be worried about breakages etc!!!

We had loads of lovely lazy days around the pool, the BBQ and dining area are superb and I would suggest that this is the perfect place for a group of adults or families.

We can't wait to return later on in the year.

Faro International Airport is the nearest airport and is around a 20 minutes drive away. Lisbon Airport is approximately 3 hrs drive away and Seville Airport 2 hours. Car hire is essential.


The town of Almancil is around 4kms away. The market town of Loule is approx 9kms and it is well worth a visit to the daily under cover market and the Saturday morning market. Faro is approx 9kms and in the modern shopping centre you will find a cinema, large supermarket and many shops and boutiques.
