Apartment 220 (2 Bedroom, Sleeps 4)

APT 220: 2 twin bedroomed, 2 bathroomed, 1st floor apartment. The apartment sleeps a max of 4 persons. Family bathroom: WC, shower & basin. En-suite bathroom (off the main bedroom): WC, shower & basin. Kitchen: has dishwasher, fridge, hob & microwave. Living Room: Flat screen TV which has the normal UK terrestrial channels. There are French doors in the main bedroom to the balcony which overlooks the pool. Both apartments may be rented together to form a large 4 bedroomed apartment, if you wish, as there are inter-connecting hotel-style doors in one bedroom but these doors are normally kept locked. Access to the apartments is via 2 flights of steps each with about 10 steps. Access to the roof terrace is by a separate, narrow, flight of steps. NB : There is no furniture on the roof terrace. A safe is provided and there is a washing machine also. The pictures show previous furniture, which have since been replaced with more suitable items.

Two identical, 2 bedroomed (twin beds), 2 bathroomed, 1st floor apartments in a secure, gated, complex with communal pool (with island bar), separate children's pool & play area. Each apt has the added advantage of having its own, private, roof terrace, which have 360 degree views over the beautiful surroundings. Please be aware there is no furniture on the roof terraces. The apartments have all the facilities needed for a holiday, plus each has a safe, washing machine, dvd player & flat-screen tv plus built in bar-b-q. Restaurants, bars, laundry, supermarket, car-hire, beauty salon, disco, beaches & golf are nearby. Rentals need not be for full weeks and arrival / departure need not be on a week-end. So why not arrange that long week-end break or a longer holiday in Tenerife, where the weather is much more predictable. Loads of activities available nearby or take a taxi / bus to other parts of the island. Or, just relax by the gorgeous pool. NB There is no Wi-Fi in the apartments. However, Wi-Fi is available at most of the local bars etc

Notes:
Both apartments are identical 1st floor apartments & have fantastic views from the roof terrace, which is accessed via separate, external stairs. Roof terrace has no loungers etc. The stairs leading to the apt has 20 steps (about 10 steps, then a landing and then a further 10 steps). Should you wish to rent both apartments there are inter-connecting, hotel-style doors in one of the bedrooms and these doors could be opened to form a large 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartment if you so wished. Otherwise this door is kept permanently locked. The site is also secure and gated. Outside: There is a superb swimming pool and island bar, as well as a separate children's pool and play area. The complex is a gated, secure area and has magnificent landscaped gardens. There is parking space available, should you wish to hire a car. In fact, a car is recommended should you wish to explore the island with its many little fishing villages, plus to the north of the island is Santa Cruz, the island's capital, which is ideal for shopping and exploring. NB: Where there is an "overlap" with arriving / departing guests, we ask that the departing guests please leave the apartment by 10.30am. Thank you.

We have just returned, after a five week holiday in Steve & Julies studio at Fairways village holiday complex. The studio is furnished to a very high standard and is well equipped with all you require. Friendly staff at the Island café bar around the pool area, and Fusion Restaurant & bar has regular entertainment .There are lovely seaside and golf course walks, all around the area, very relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fairways complex, and the studio was everything we wanted, with lovely white fluffy towels. From our balcony there were views of the golf course would not hesitate to return again, Julie & Steve made the booking of the studio very easy.

Great Family Holiday

Just back from a lovely holiday.

Apartment 220 is very comfortable with loads of room.

On a great complex with fantastic pool, pubs and restaurants near by.

Loads of information by the landlord who was very helpful.

Location

Car: recommended

Coast/Beach:

The resort includes a marina, where scuba diving & submarine trips are available. There is a wide variety of restaurants, bars & shops very close to the resort and the lively resorts of Los Cristianos & Playa de las Americas are about 20 mins drive away. 10 mins to the east is Los Abrigos, an old fishing port with its many fish restaurants. Siam Park, (water theme park) is about 30 mins drive away near Playa de las Americas. El Medano, a sandy beach, is about 10 mins drive away.

Travel:

The resort is situated mid-way between the airport (which is about 15 - 20 mins drive away) and Playa de Las Americas & Los Cristianos. Amarilla Golf Complex is only a short distance from the TFI motorway. Car hire is recommended - which may be booked at the resort as are taxis. Coach trips to various places of interest are also available. A bus stop is about 200m walk away and this will take you to various parts of the island.

Distances:

The Airport is 15-20 minutes away. Siam Park (a water theme park) is about 30 mins drive away near Playa de las Americas. A 15 mins drive away are shows, museums, markets, boat excursions, spa, go-karting plus horse riding. 10 mins drive away are local villages and beaches, such as Los Abrigos. Within a short walking distance are shops, restaurants, bars, a disco and a beauty salon. A bus service is about 200m walk away and will take you to other parts of the island.

Further Details:

As well as the local activities and places of interest already mentioned, there is also the ancient village of Masca, the trekking path of Baranco de Infierno, the volcano Mount Teide, plus much more. Then there are the trips on the submarine! So, as well as tennis, golf, horse-riding, go-karting, water sports, etc there is a huge variety of activities available for the whole family. Or you can also just laze by the beautiful pool or sit on the terrace watching the world go by. Pool access : 2 plastic swipe cards will be left for you in the apartment - please note that if one of these becomes lost/ damaged then, unfortunately, two will need to replaced as they are purchased in pairs and a charge of approximately 10 Euros will be made for their replacement. NB:- Where there is an "overlap" of arriving/departing guests, we ask that the departing guests please leave the apartment by 10.30am. Please be aware there is no furniture on the roof terraces. No Wi-Fi is in the apartment but is at local bars etc
