This spacious (78 sq.m), 3 bedroom apartment (suitable for up to 6 people) is in a traditional-style Austrian apartment building. There is a shower room, a bathroom with shower over the bath and a separate WC. The balcony offers a great view of the World Cup piste. The nearest ski lift is within 300 metres and the ski bus stop is just outside the building. Flachau's many restaurants, bars and shops are within a 5 minute walk of the apartment.

Great apartment with excellent location

Flachau is a fantastic ski area. The apartment is located a short distance from the ski lifts, ski rental, resturturanter and shops. The apartment was clean and well equipped.

It was a proper and informative information regarding tenancy. We were welcomed by Iain and Julie. They gave us good information about the apartment and about the area and gave us brochures.

The apartment and the area is recommended. We have vacationed in Flachau for many years and will certainly return next year.

Great location with wonderful views

We had a lovely family holiday in Flachau in February. The appartment was in a great location with the free ski bus stopping right outside. It was clean and well maintained. Close to shops and restaurants. Excellent communication with owner and agents. Would definately recommend staying here. We look forward to returning.

UNBEATABLE APARTMENT AND LOCATION!

This apartment is the most perfect combination of size, location and value for money! it was clean, well equipped, spacious, warm, and the views are spectacular. This apartment was the star of our vacation.

Watching shiiers coming down the Hermann Maier piste everyday from the balcony was a pure joy while also enjoying the vast scenery from each window.

The short walk from the main street was a joy and beautiful.

This will be the only accommodation i will stay at in Flachau as the value for money is second to none.

Brilliant Spot

Six of us stayed in the apartment over the mid term break and we could not fault it . The apartment is well laid out and very clean and is a mere 10 minute stroll to the ski lifts and restaurants/pubs. Flachau is a great ski area with loads of 6/8 man chair lifts which means very little queuing times even on peak weeks . All in all a great choice for a ski holiday and we look forward to returning .

Brilliant Apartment

We stayed here over new year. The apartment itself was spotless and the information given to us by Julie on arrival regarding the area was second to none. The apartment is in a fantastic location with just a short walk to the shops and bars which we visited frequently (well the bars at least). The view of the fireworks on new years eve from the master bedroom was absolutely brilliant. We had an absolute fabulous holiday and would definately stay here again. From the booking of the apartment to the departure it couldnt have gone more smoothly - thanks Jim.

The nearest lakeside beach is 2 km from Flachau.

Travel:

A 45 minute drive from Salzburg Airport or a 2.5 hour drive from either Munich Airport or Linz Airport.

Further Details:

Summer activities include walking, cycling (the 280 km Enns cycle path runs through Flachau), mountain biking, swimming, rafting, high rope course, horse riding, golf, tennis and zorbing.

In addition, Flachau is an ideal base for sightseeing in the area. There are many lovely villages nearby and a 45 minute drive takes you to the city of Salzburg with all its historical and cultural attractions.

A security deposit of 150 euros is required to secure the booking. This will be returned in full upon notification by our agent that no breakages or damage have occurred. The rental charge must be paid in full at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the rental.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is normally a Saturday, but other days can sometimes be arranged. The apartment is available from 15.00 on arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure. It may be possible to store luggage if you arrive early or leave later.

Prices are for the property per week in euros (unless otherwise stated). The prices include all taxes, heating, electricity, cleaning and laundry. In other words, there are no additional charges.

The security deposit is payable on booking.
