Fly fishing facilities are available on the estate on a catch and release basis. We provide accommodation on a self catering basis, you can book the 4 bed-roomed villa or the2 bedroom cottage attached to the villa, which is completely private with it's own veranda and entrance or if you are a large group can be used as a 6 bedroom en-suite villa.The cottage is rented separately.

This is a wonderful venue, conveniently situated close to the winelands and Franschoek. The house, on a golf estate, has a warm cottagey feel with African themed entertainment areas. The bar was the location for many memorable parties during our stay!
This was a repeat visit for us and we enjoyed our stay as much as we had on previous occasions. The owners were very friendly and hospitable and the services of the tireless housekeeper (Victoria) were outstanding. Accommodation was spotless.
We have already booked again for next year!
I have to say it was a very pleasant and comfortable home, the views are amazing, the entertainment area is superb , bedrooms and on suite bathrooms are very cozy and comfortable with a lot of space and magnificent views over the golf course and mountains absolutely beautiful stay.

We have stayed at this property on numerous occasions and have always been very happy,comfortable and impressed with the service offered.
Having one's linen changed on a daily basis was one of the details we were happily surprised with!
The house is equipped with every comfort one would want on a holiday and the position together with various outside balconies, allows you to enjoy
beautiful views from sunrise to sunset!
We were not disturbed in any way by neighbors and enjoyed our privacy
as the property has ample space to find a place to relax.
The owners were polite and helpful in every way and we shall definitely
be going back!!
When we arrived, we were horrified to see that the garage, which is attached to the house, had been converted into an apartment and that we were not renting the “entire villa” as advertised. The drive had 3 other cars on it making parking difficult for us and looking untidy. We could also hear talking from the apartment and the overlooking windows and doors, which were covered in cardboard in a vain attempt to preserve privacy, were also unsightly.
The house looked as if a lot of extra (rather tatty) furniture was being stored in it. One bedroom had 3 desks and several old metal filing cabinets and there were random bits of furniture here and there - a desk chair in the corner of the landing, a plastic shower chair, lots of extra machines in the drying area and a dining table with odd chairs squeezed uselessly onto a landing with a very low ceiling. There was also a collection of boxes and household items “hidden” under a bedspread in the corner of one bedroom and an open loft area in another, which was full of black bin bags and mattresses. This all spoilt the appearance of what otherwise could have been a lovely house.
We counted over 2 dozen light bulbs that didn’t work. We also counted 4 broken panes of glass .We were unable to use the front door as the glass was cracked.
In the lounge, behind the TV, which was connected to an assortment of whirring old decoders (but unfortunately in clear view) was a collection of cords and cables like nothing we have ever seen before! Untidy plugs and leads were prevalent throughout the house.
The swimming pool was lovely but, again, spoilt by old furniture which was stored on the opposite verandah, including a derelict spa bath. The garden was run down, with neglected flowerbeds. One of the two elegant palm trees in the photos is now a dead stump. Other trees have also grown up, which partially obscure the views of the golf course and mountains from the house.
Any potential renter should be aware that the photographs of the house were taken several years ago.
We immediately contacted the owners to discuss the main issues. They were unresponsive and defensive. They were also slow in repaying our damage deposit, not keeping to their own terms and requiring follow up calls. The calculation of the electricity cost which is deducted from a specific deposit is not transparent as the meter is not accessible from the house. Almost the entire deposit was charged for a week (without using air conditioning)
