Studio Apartment in Les Deux Alpes, Isere, Rhone-Alpes, France - Next To Lifts And All Amenities

This is a modern studio apartment in the popular French alpine resort of Les2Alpes. The apartment is next to the lifts and ski in and out is possible during winter season. The resort has a superb snow record and it is even possible to ski in summer on the glacier!

World class road cycling and downhill mountain biking in the summer. Midway between Alp d'Huez and Galibier, and venue for the annual Crankworx festival.

As a studio apartment the sleeping accommodation is in 2 double bed settees and a single bunk (see photos). The balcony has a fantastic panoramic view of the mountains. There is a shower room/wc and all the usual cooking and dining equipment. Key collection, linen and cleaning is provided in the price, bear this in mind when making comparisons!

'The best thing about the apartment is its location. The views of the mountains from the balcony are stunning, its in a quiet enough area but literally only 5 minutes walk from the resort centre and all the bars/restaurants that you would want. It is also only a couple of minutes walk to the ski lift, which is fab when your legs are sore!'



'This property is a superb ski in, ski out apartment. Literally less than 100ms from a ski lift and you can ski back to the door. The apartment is in a very quiet part of the town - so you can get good sleep, but is within minutes (walking) of some great bars and restaurants. There is ample parking at the apartment block. It is on the third floor and there are no lifts (use the back stairs not the main stairs), but the view is great and the balcony is south facing, so worth the climb. The apartment is brand new, as are all the fittings including big TV and DVD player. Les Deux Alpes is a lively resort with a good ski area. Well worth the visit.'

With kids who don't like walking and carrying skis this place was ideal for us. Less busy Diablo ski lift only a 1 min walk across car park. Nice quiet location with afternoon sun on the balcony. - but still only a few mins walk from ski school, shops, bars and restaurants. Ski storage was great too. The apartment was very clean and had everything we required. Will definitely consider this place again for next year.

Lovely property

Had a great week here, flat is very clean and well-equipped, first one we've had with a very nice little washing machine which was so useful when skiing. Also has an excellent sound bar/dock which you can plug your mp3 player or tablet into for music, and the wi-fi is very good for internet. Didn't use the dishwasher, if it was mine I'd take it out and have more storage space. Balcony has a range of furniture and faces west, so great for sitting in the ridiculously hot sun with a beer after a shower. Beds were fine after a bit of adjustment. Tory the rep was excellent, friendly and helpful. Would come back tomorrow, very highly recommended, thanks!

Location location location! It is ski in and out, easy access from Grenoble airport and the view from the balcony is simply superb. Great for Summer as well as Winter, you can either ski or hike right from the door.

Grenoble (GNB) airport 110km which is about 1 hour 30 minutes by car, or SNCF railway station 70km or 1 hour 15 minutes. Transfer is either by rental car, taxi or public or private bus - details provided on booking.

Distances:

Grenoble centre 1 hour 15 mins.

Bourg D'Oisans 30 mins.

Italian border 2 hours.

Further Details:

Quiet location but very close to restaurants, bars and shops. Excellent Summer resort for road cycling and downhill mountain biking as well as winter skiing.
