Palm Beach Club with its attractive gardens and pretty cove is accessed by steps, a 5 minute walk away. The apartment is open plan with wide patio doors running virtually the width of the lounge giving a feeling of expansiveness and light. The doors open to a terrace with stunning views of the bay. The apartment has 2 bedrooms .. one double, one twin, plus a modern marble bathroom with a shower. Rooms are air conditioned. Wifi Internet, satellite TV and parking are available.

We visited Kalkan for the first time in September 2011, and were so enchanted by its beauty, charm and the warmth and friendliness of the people that we decided to purchase a property. The Olympos Apartments were a perfect choice ... the stunning panoramic sea views took our breath away, and its location affords peace and privacy with the town only a 10 minute stroll away.

We visit the apartment frequently and cannot resist the allure and magic of Kalkan .... it's such a unique and wonderful place.

We sincerely hope you choose to visit Kalkan and experience the wonderful scenery, harbour, coastline, historic sites, watersports, quaint town centre and fabulous restaurants this charming town has to offer.

Kormuluk, where the apartment is situated is a prestigious, highly sought after location. The town centre is a short walk away, yet the property located at the end of the beach affords peace and quiet. Nestled into the hillside, the views are stunning .... the area of the coastline overlooked by the apartment is described by the Sunday Times as one of the top ten views in the world .... it really has to be seen to be believed.

What makes this apartment unique

Many visitors choose to chill out and relax around the apartments, either enjoying the superb sea views from the terrace, or sunbathing and cooling off in the pool. This patio area offers sea views and attracts sunshine for most of the day .... a shaded area is also provided. The Palm beach club is a five minute walk, providing restaurant facilities, sunbeds and a free boat for guests to the harbour in the town centre.

Lovely Apartment With Beautiful Views

The owner of the apartment, was so helpful and provided us with a lot of information it was great.

The apartment has stunning views, is well looked after and has everything you could need inside.

Yusuf is always around if you need help or advice and speaks really good English so we were able to arrange cabs etc easily also.

We really enjoyed our 4 nights here, wish we had stayed for longer!

Would definitely recommend staying at this apartment and going to Kalkan.

Takes your breath away!

"As a frequent traveller to various apartments over the years I have to say that this one really did take our breath away. It was our first visit to Kalkan and this apartment was situated on a hillside with the most amazing views that I have seen. The owner had considered every attention to detail, from booking and paying our deposit, we received an information pack through the post with maps of the local area and things to do. There was information that we could download from the owner about how to use every gismo and gadget that the apartment had to offer and let me say there was everything that you need, from pool towels to washing machine and pots and pans if you feel the need to cook. Yusuf manages the apartment is very hard working and helpful, if you did need him he would be there in minutes. There are sun beds and a table and chairs on the large balcony where you can dine al fresco and just soak up the sun and watch the fabulous sunsets. Also a nice sized pool with sun beds if you do fancy a swim to cool off. About a 10 minute walk away down steep stairs there was a beach club called Palm beach, if you did fancy a change of scenery and a drink, from here if you had spent the day relaxing there was a free water taxi which took you back to the harbour, where you could meander through the cobbled streets and have a gentle stroll back to the apartment at your own pace. Kalkan is very unique, it is hilly and has very small stone cobbled streets with an abundance of restaurants many that have rooftop tables with views over Kalkan rooftops and out to sea. There are coffee shops, bars and shops selling the local pottery etc. Kalkan is just delightful, the apartment has everything you need and is like home from home and the owner has gone to great lengths to ensure you have a stress free holiday"

Outstanding

Just returned from 10 amazing nights at this wonderful apartment. Having stayed in the area before, we kind of knew what to expect but we were still wowed by the amazing views and the home from home atmosphere of this lovely accommodation. The pool area is gorgeous and we had it to ourselves most days. If you're thinking of booking - don't hesitate - you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic apartment

This was our third visit to Kalkan and we chose wisely this year. This apartment has the most beautiful views. Alison, the owner, has thought of everything, it was home from home. Very comfortable and clean. Yusuf looks after the apartment/communal areas with great pride and does a wonderful job. He is also very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this apartment. We will certainly be returning in the future.

Absolutely Marvellous !

Impeccably maintained apartment combined with spectacular sea views!!

With a full range of amenities provided (Washing Machine/ Dishwasher/ Fridge Freezer/ TV/ DVD/ WiFi etc etc, occupants will want for nothing.

The suitably sized swimming pool which provides host to the remaining eleven apartments is complimented with an ample supply of sunbeds/ parasols and general space to just lounge about.

In view of location from the perspective of traveling to Kalkan town from the apartment (for shopping/ restaurants etc) you'll be looking at approx ten minute walk or alternatively a two minute drive (if you've hired a car). For those who prefer to be lulled by the gentle 'thud-thud' of an outboard motor, the beach club a little way below the apartment block provides a free boat-taxi service to Kalkan's harbour so well worth taking advantage of ......although this service ceases after 20:00 so you'll need to keep 10 - 12 Lira handy for a taxi back to the apartment if you're feeling too lazy to walk back!

It is evident that the apartment owner cherishes the property and continually strives to improve upon an already beautiful premises with a view to providing a holiday home that truly allows you to relax and unwind and invariably want to return to year after year.

I'll probably kick myself for providing such a great review as 'sods law' dictates that the resulting demand for the property means that we'll probably not be able to locate a vacant slot for next year ....but...that's life ...and maybe my internet connection may just fail at the point of submitting this review!!

Heavenly!

We really enjoyed staying at 9 Olympus Apartments in Kalkan in June of this year . The views are fabulous and can be enjoyed from a spacious balcony overlooking the pool. It is a well equipped property with two very comfortable bedrooms .The pool area is very clean and superbly maintained, it was also very peaceful . The location is excellent and within easy walking distance of the town . I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and would certainly return.

Bookings are confirmed with a £100.00 deposit which is non refundable. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A £150.00 breakage deposit is required with the final booking - this will be refunded following a satisfactory post-holiday inspection of the apartment.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. A £100.00 non refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. A 50% refund (minus the deposit) will be paid if the booking is cancelled 4 weeks or more before the arrival date of the booking. Steps leading down to the pool area make the apartment unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Outside: The apartments enjoy a beautifully located quiet sun deck terrace with a large private pool (1 metre, 10cm deep), perfect for chilling out and enjoying the beautiful views over the bay. A poolside shower, free sunbeds and parasols are available for guests. The pool area attracts sunshine for most of the day. A shaded area is also provided with table and chairs. Utility Room: Iron and Ironing board are located in the twin bedroom. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: A weekly clean, linen, beach towels and towels are included.
