Step directly from the spacious terrace to the private pool and children’s pool area, which is free and is exclusively for the use of Dom Manuel , All other marina apartments must use the pool at the Marina Hotel which is chargeable and a 5 minutes walk.

Step out from the lounge onto your private terrace where there is a large dining table and chairs overlooking the pools, marina and manicured gardens,, ideal for eating al fresco.

For your peace of mind Dom Manuel apartments offer 24 hour security within the gated complex,

Hi , I am a self employed nurse and my husband is a hairdresser,We fell in love with the Algarve in the 1980's ,We visited Lagos ,whist staying in Salema,when they had just started building the Marina,never imagining that we would ever own a property there.

We bought the apartment from new and spend as much time as possible there.We enjoy letting others use the apartment, as it gives us great satisfaction that people enjoy it as much as we do.

Arrived back home yesterday, having had a wonderful time. The apartment is beautiful, very spacious and well equipped, the grounds are well tended and the pool very clean. We do hope to visit next year, but for longer next time, the week was too short and we were all sad to come home. - K 2009, (rebooked for 2010)

Perfect Location

Excellent apartment in ideal part of block, perfect location for train station, beaches, bars, restaurants and marina. Weather was very hot but the apartment stayed cool throughout the day and night. We met the owners who were staying after us and they were kind enough to let us leave our bags in the apartment whilst we had lunch before departing for the airport; lovely, friendly people.

Excellent and very relaxing!

We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday this year in Lagos. The weather was excellent. Hot and sunny for 14 days!

The apartment is everything you could wish for. It's very spacious, beatifully decorated and is perfectly placed, very near to Lagos Marina and town.

The apartment was immaculate and we were really pleased to have fresh towels provided and for all our beds to be changed.

You can see the pool from the apartment and is in a nice setting. You do have to get down early though, for the sunbeds!

We hope to return again very soon.

Lovely apartment / great holiday base for Lagos

Spacious, very clean & well equipped apartment. We stayed as two adult couples which works with there being two separate bathrooms and makes for good value for money. Close to the Marina and not much further to the town itself with large supermarket 50 yds away! Mostly English around the complex, pool area can be busy with families during school holidays. Would definitely return......

Great location

Located five minutes walk from the train station and many restaurants bars along the marina. Supermarket across the street. Everything in the condo as stated. The washrooms are very nice and everything was clean and modern. Master bedroom was comfortable but the twin beds were very low and really not suitable for adults but great for kids. The condo does not receive much sun though as it is on the ground floor in the corner but that maybe a plus depending when you visit. When we arrived it was rather cold and we found the condo cold and a bit damp. It took a while to heat it up and there is a dehumidifier on site. There aren't many English stations on the TV but that's minor.

I would certainly recommend it for a family with kids but might be a bit uncomfortable for four adults.

Owner's Response: The spring in Lagos this yearhas been exceptionally cold and wet , sometimes the apartment does feel cold and damp if it has not been used for a while , this happens in all the apartments on the marina . There is air conditioning to provide heating in every room and also oil filled radiators available .I f we visit during the winter months it usually takes about 30 mins to heat the apartment up. The balcony is filled with sun in the winter months when the sun is low , and in the summer because it is higher it is a welcome relief to be in the shade and also to keep the apartment cool.

Lovely apartment, very tastefully furnished and contains everything you need for your holiday. Located on the marina where there are many bars and restaurants, and a supermarket is nearby. Gentle stroll around the marina, over the bridge, and you are into the old town.

we had viewed a few properties prior to this, luckily my sister lives on the Algarve and weeded out the best. As soon as we saw this we fell in love with it. The position is the best in the Lagos and the area offered everything we needed,views to Lagos, close proximity of beaches, transport, countryside,shops.

The property is on the only condiminium on the marina that has a pool, but still within seconds of the Marina and town . It is more spacious than any of the other properties we viewed, and the condiminium is well kept with 24 hour security.
