Apartment near Javea Port, Costa Blanca, Spain - Beautiful Complex In Exotic Gardens, Only 3 Minutes Walk To The Beach

This luxury, modern apartment is spacious and has been furnished throughout with top quality furniture. There is a lounge with sliding doors to the private garden in front of the communal pool, separate kitchen, utility, large master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom, double bedroom with two twin beds and family shower room. There is Sky TV freeview package with all the normal channels. Throughout the apartment is air-conditioning and full gas central heating. There is a secure underground parking space with direct access to the apartment via an elevator. The private garden has a small lockable gate which is a bonus for families with small children and has direct access to the pool area. The complex is fully secure with parameter fencing with key controlled access gates. Ideally located with Iceland Supermarket across the road, other supermarkets within a few minutes walk, 3 minutes to the beach, and 8 minutes to the port with an array of shops, bars and restaurants.

I had a large rental business in Spain and now just look after a small collection of high quality properties. Stayed in this apartment in August 2011 and have to say it's very special. Its more like home from home than a rental property and the owners obviously love there property, it really shows. We found Iceland supermarket which is across the road to be a complete life saver with young children. The location is fabulous and we loved walking across the road to La Siesta bar on the pebbly beach which has toilet and shower facilites as well as great food and drink choices. Very Pretty!

Apartment was lovely - clean, comfortable with very pretty lounge area. Great locale. Close to supermarkets. Short walk to the lovely port area and a bit longer walk in opposite direction to Arenal area. Also within walking distance to the old town of Javea. Owner is very friendly and approachable and will deal with any queries, etc. as quickly as possible. Top marks for customer service! Would definitely recommend this property to friends.

you wont want to leave...

I have been visiting Javea since I was a child, the past 40 years and in my opinion the port is the nicest area to stay. This apartment is in a prime location being 3 mins from the best beach (pebbly) and best bar (siesta) in Javea. Also numerous restaurants, shops and bars.

The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and very comfortable but more importantly so convenient for all amenities. The big bonus is the beautiful pool just infront of the garden which is set in lovely surroundings uand useable til midnight!

We have been here now several times and wouldnt stay anywhere else. Ideally I would like to keep it a secret but I suppose that wouldnt be fair....

This is our second stay at this apartment and we wouldn't book anywhere else in JAVEA.

The apartment is like your own personal holiday home well stocked kitchen and homely touches. Very clean and well maintained. The double bedroom has a fabulous mattress and pillows.

The bedrooms seem to remain cool even in the hottest of weather.

The patio doors open onto small garden which through a gate takes you to the pool.

Great for families and easy to access. The pool is beautifully maintained and is generally quiet. People are very respectful of siesta time between 3pm and 5pm all the kids disappear and it's a very peaceful time.

Location is perfect a short stroll to the port or beach bars at the end of the road. To walk to the Arenal takes about 30mins strolling.

Iceland the supermarket is directly across the road and has long opening hours in the summer. Mercadona is 2mins by car or short walk.

We have been visiting JAVEA for 15 years and this apartment was a special find.

The owner is very helpful and quick to reply to emails.

We would never hesitate to rebook.

A lovely home from home

We loved staying here, so much so that even before we came home we had decided to book for next year - something we have never done before!! The apartment is very well looked after and furnished to a very high standard. It felt like we were staying in a home from home. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibility need during your holiday, very important when traveling with two 5 year old children. The private garden leads out onto a very well looked after pool area which is safe and clean for the children. The whole complex is lovely, landscaped with beautiful flowers and palm trees and very secure. We met several families from the nearby apartments, who all seem to have been coming here on holiday for many years. The complex is friendly and relaxed and not full of the English! There are many Spanish people here on holiday too which I always think is a very good sign of a good place.

The owner is very helpful and very accessible via email and telephone - she is easy to deal with and trustworthy, it was a pleasure arranging our first trip and rebooking for next year!

In terms of the location of the apartment, you couldn't ask for better - at least 3 very good supermarkets within a few minutes walk (1 just across the road). you are also 5 minutes walk from a pebbly beach with lots of beach bars, cafes and restaurants and very good rock pooling for the children. The cosmopolitan port area is only a 10 minute or so walk along the sea front and offers many bars and restaurants, as well as a craft market and in the evenings, live music. The sandy beach is a 5 minute drive away and we never struggled to get parking. The beach is looked after very well and the sea is calm, warm and shallow out to a very good distance so highly recommended for children. Again there are a brilliant selection of very good restaurants, supermarkets and cafes by the beach.

Javea is a really lovely Spanish town with plenty of Spanish charm and character - we came here following a recommendation from our friends and I would certainly pass that recommendation on.

All in all we would find it very difficult to find anything which we did not like about the apartment, the complex on which it sits or Javea itself. Highly recommended for the perfect family holiday.

This apartment was bought because it is located within a few minutes walk to the port, beach, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and bars. Iceland has now opened up on the corner and is the most popular supermarket in Javea, a huge bonus for families preferring good old English tucker. The grounds in the complex are very pretty with a fabulous communal pool with splash pool for children. The grounds around the pool are laid to grass and this area can be used for sunbathing. There is also underground parking which direct access to the apartment via an elevator.

Javea pebbly beach is a 3 minute walk from the apartment and benefits from a number of beach bars with restaurants and showering facilities. Highly recommended is the La Siesta Bar which is 3 minutes walk and open from morning until the wee hours. Exceptional evening hang out place. The Arenal beach is a 20 minute walk and the port beach is an 8 minute walk. The lovely bay of La Barraca is an 8 minute drive and the pretty cove of Granadella is a 10 minute drive. Javea is a very beautiful area.


All Javea facilities are within walking distance from the apartment so unless you want to drive around the surrounding area you can enjoy your holiday without a car. The nearest airport is Alicante which is an hours drive and an airport transfer costs around 85 euros one way. The second closest airport is Valencia which is 1 hour 20 minutes drive and airport transfer costs around 95 euros one way.


Denia is the closest town and is a 15 minutes drive from Javea. Denia benefits from a ferry port with ferries to Ibiza and Majorca. There is also a train station and hospital in this town. Moraira is a pretty village on the coast and is a 15 minute drive in the opposite direction. Jalon Valley, which is a pretty drive and town, is about 40 minutes drive. Benidorm with many theme parks and tourist activities is 40 minutes drive by car.

The Costa Blanca area is declared by the World Health Organisation as having a near perfect environment. Known as the White Coast there are hundreds of beautiful coves with Blue Flag status stretched along her spectacular coastline. Javea is within easy drive of Benidorm with all the facilities of theme parks, clubs, shopping, beaches and bars which is full of fun and entertainment, catering for all tastes.

If you are an intrepid tourist you will enjoy many days exploring the countryside as Denia, Moraira, Calpe, Altea, Jalon Valley & Guadalest are all close by with Ibiza only a ferry trip away from Denia. This is only a small short list of some wonderful villages and towns which are within easy access. Both Alicante and Valencia are great cities to explore and are both just over an hours drive away. If you don't fancy driving there are many tours which can be booked direct from Javea including days sailing.

Javea is the perfect holiday location for every type of tourist and is situated on the Costa Blanca Coast. Ideal for the family with our famous Arenal sandy beach offering play areas for children, showers and plenty of bars and restaurants. The Port of Javea has numerous good restaurants & bars stretching the promenade which cater for all tastes and budgets.

The pebbly beach offers a number of traditional beach bars where you can laze away the day and evening. The Arenal and old town of Javea are around a 2 minute drive. Generally you will find Javea has a strong reputation for being a wonderful, relaxing, exclusive family holiday resort with no over development or unsightly high-rise buildings.

A deposit of 25% is required in order to reserve and book the apartment and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
The remaining balance will be required 10 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.
A security deposit of £305 will be required with this final balance which will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property.
If you do not choose the online payment the costs are reduced slightly ie Peak Season £595, High Season £425, Mid Season £375, Low Season £325 & Security Deposit £300.
A travel cot can be hired for £15 pw and a high chair for £10 pw. Cot linen to be provided by yourselves.
An additional £50 charge pp is required over 4 people.

Although changeover dates are flexible, from mid June to early September we can only offer Saturday or Sunday changes with a minimum booking of 7 nights in July/Aug. The apartment is available from 4pm on arrival and must be vacated by 10am on departure.

In order to protect both parties please note you will NEVER be asked to pay the full amount of the holiday up front, a 25% deposit only is required. From the Owner

The property is just three minutes walk from the beach and amenities. The interior is furnished to a high quality with full air conditioning, UKTV and wi-fi. You can walk to the port in about 15 minutes so if you want to chill out in the evening and enjoy the sea view with a few glasses of wine you can easily leave the car at home. La Siesta bar is only 3 minutes walk and it is lovely with evening music, beds to lounge on, lovely candles and night lights, good food and entertainment. There is also an array of fashionable beach bars stretched along the pebbly beach and the Arenal has an abundance of trendy bars and restaurants to choose from. In the summer there are a number of traditional chiringita beach bars where you can spend the evening enjoying an al fresco evening.
