Our corner ground floor apartment has a stunning front line location with views across the fairway to hole 8, the lake and the golf course. The apartment has a large glazed and covered terrace with sun and shade all day long and an uncovered terrace for the sun beds. The apartment is only two min. from the Town Center. From the terrace to the shared pool it is only 30m. Around the pool it is ample areas for enjoying the sun. This is one of 18 communal pools on the resort. On the terrace you will have a dining table with 6 chairs and a leather sofa with two tube chairs and coffee table. On the uncovered terrace with awning you will find a rattan furniture set (sofa 2 armchairs and table) and 2 deck-chairs. Living room and both bedrooms have air-conditionning and gas central heating for pleasant tempratures both in summer and wintertime. It contains 1 bath/toilet and an extra toilet. There are lift with direct access to the apartment from the gated underground parking. On site there are a supermarket, coffee shop, bar, restaurant and pro shop, 2 min. walk.The Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort is a paradise for golfers and holiday makers. The 18 hole par 72 course are stretching 6416m from the back tee. It includes 5 lakes and plenty of bunkers to test your game! The Championship golf course is fast gaining a reputation as the best and most challenging in the area and will be worthy of its future PGA status.

A perfect appartment
We had a really lovely holiday, the apartment was very clean, well equipped comfortable and spacious. The location of the apartment was perfect for what we needed as it was only a 2 min walk to the golf practice area and the club house with a Spar supermarket. I would also highly recommend the meals at the club house. Thanks again for a great holiday, we will definitely return.

Quality fixture and fittings
We have just enjoyed a week at this lovely apartment, convenient location near the onsite supermarket and restaurant, the pool is only 50 metres away from your garden area, there is a barbecue provided and lovely comfy patio furniture, there are also couple of sunbeds that you can wheel to the pool area.
The settees in the lounge were very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need, there is two single beds in one of the bedrooms which also has its own ensuite toilet and wash basin, the master bedroom has also two single beds that are pushed together to make a double bed, in my opinion this would be better to put a proper double bed in there as the mattresses do not zip together and the quilts are singles instead of a double, so in essence it is really two singles, also the pillows are very small compared to what we expect in the UK, but on the whole I think you would struggle to find a better equipped apartment, Internet was very good and so was the TV with full English channels available.
The owner Per has a book rack which contains plenty of reading material and maps as well as instructions for all the electrical equipment, there is a utility room with washing machine and iron ironing board ect, there is also an enclosed patio that contains another suite that can be made into another double bed and also a large 6 seater dining table, as I have said all the furniture is quality and the apartment feels very spacious.
There is a small town called Sucina which is a couple of KMs away with some great places to eat out and another supermarket, a car is a must to be able to see some of the area and parking is easy in the undergrounds garage below the apartment that has a lift. I would definitely use this apartment again.
A special apartment
This is a lovely apartment on the excellent Hacienda Requelme resort. It was clean and spacious with many extra touches- all high quality appliances and comfortable furniture in and out. The glassed L shaped terrace was an extra bonus. We will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
Fabulous and Well Mantained Apartment
Our second stay at this apartment (first time Easter '15), and depending on availability, won't be our last.
The apartment was spotless and has every home comfort you could wish for in a holiday apartment. The s/west facing aspect gives you the sun almost all day (both our visits have been out of season - so we did encounter some inclement weather) and you are only 50 metres from a large pool (not heated - so quite a task to get in out of season but very refreshing when you take the plunge!) and a short stroll to Hacienda where the staff in the supermarket, bar and restaurant are all polite and very friendly.
Definitely enjoy our stay at your flat.
Great location , close to swimming pool, club house, shop, tee 1 & 8, driving range. Brill! The dinning room is great and spacious. Thank you for the baby highchair and cot. It was also very nice that each time we sent an email, you replied promptly.

Activity and Interests
Within a 15 minutes drive is Murcia's main attraction - the Mar Menor. This 'little sea' is a lagoon separated from the shore by a long strip of land - La Manga. The calm, shallow waters are ideal for bathing. The temperature of the Mar Menor is 5 ºc warmer than that of the Mediterranean. It is also a paradise for other water sports as diving.
San Javier airport, Murcia is 15 minutes away. Alicante airport 60 minutes away. A new airport is currently under construction, Corvera airport, 15 minutes from the resort. Mainline train station is 10 minutes drive at Balsicas. Car hire is highly recommended.
Only 5 minutes drive away you find the small town of Sucina, with petrol station, banks, supermarkets, bakers, cafes and tapas bars.
Murcia City is 30 minutes drive away with its glorious cathedral, restaurants and exclusive shops. The same goes for the seaside city of Cartagena.
Los Alcazares has beautiful beaches, shops, restaurants etc. and the wonderful city and port of Cartagena is well worth a visit.
Hacienda Riquelme has the lowest building density of all Polaris World resorts, giving you a feeling of openness and space. The 18 hole par 72 golf course, which forms part of the Nicklaus Golf Trail, offer Europe`s best golf all in one convenient location. Whilst staying at the resort you will have access to the Mar Menor, La Torre, Alhama, Saurines and El Valle resort facilities and golf courses. H R has in the Town Center a supermarket, restaurant and pro shop.
The town centre is located in the old manor house of Hacienda Riquelme. There are 19 large communal swimming pools for your enjoyment and a number of playgrounds for children on the resort. If you are looking for a water park, try the Torrevieja Aquapolis just a 30 minute drive away. Water sports are also available on the Mar Menor, including windsurfing kite boarding and sailing.
There are many leisure activities available in the area including horse riding, cycling and go-cart. Our representative at H R offer a welcome package (food and drink) and she can meet you in the apartment and give an information what to do in the area. Prices on request.

Christmas/New Year and Easter are concidered High Season. Cleaning are payable directly to our representative at HR and is € 70.00. A deposit of £80 is required at the time of booking and the balance is payable in full 2 weeks prior to your holiday. Booking can be made by email and your reservation will be confirmed on receipt of your deposit.
Changeover days are flexible dependent upon availability. The apartment is available from 4.00pm on arrival, unless otherwise arranged, and should be vacated by 11am on day of departure – unless otherwise arranged.

- Notes on accommodation: The apartment has air-conditioning in both bedrooms and living room. It is also central heating throughout. Outside: A lovely, large glazed corner terrace facing east-south-west, sun and shade from morning till evening, overlooking the golf course. Large shared pool 30m from terrace, surrounded by fence. The terrace is furnished with dining table and chairs. A sofa, chairs and coffee-table. An uncovered terrace for sunbathing with ratten sofa, two chairs and coffee table. Two deck chairs. Basement car park for one car. Several Children’s playground, one near by. Sports area with tennis courts and other ball games. The Costa Calida has a stunning Mediterranean coastline with an average of 320 days of sun per year. The beaches around Mar Menor, which are only 15 minutes drive away are clean and safe. It is said to be a mini micro climate here and with therapeutic mud-bath it is highly recommended for anyone suffering with joint pains. If wanted you may take the ferry across to the La Manga Strip for 8 euros return. Wine tours to attractive nearby Jumilla are possible. Utility Room: Washing machine. Iron and iron board. Vacuum cleaner. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and maid service: all bedlinen- and towels will be taken care of by arrangement locally as well as final cleaning.
