About the Owner
My name is Paul and I am British, I currently work in the Middle East. I bought my apartment after going on holiday to Cyprus a couple of years ago and falling in love with the Protaras area. I am not looking to make money from my apartment, but just to help meet the mortgage on it. This is why I try and give people good rates in the hope that they have a great time, and get enjoyment out of my place. So far everybody that has stayed has had a great time, and hopefully will be coming back in the future. I also encourage people to tell their friends and families about the apartment. I have friends, a married couple who live all year on the same complex and they are always there to help anybody that stays.

A friend from USA used the property in April 08, and has now asked to go back next year. They have just used the apartment again for 2 weeks Sept 09, and still love it.
My 6 year old daughter was there in Oct 08, and she loved the clear warm shallow sea, and the kids fun fairs.

Activity and Interests
The beautiful sandy Fig Tree Bay beach is only a 15 minute walk from the apartment, and has all normal water sports and seaside restaurants.
Larnaca airport is only a 45 min drive away, and for a small fee a transfer is available. There are many car hire firms to choose from at the airport and at the resort, but once in Protaras there is no need for a car.
Protaras town is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Ayia Napa has a regular bus service from Protaras, and is only a 10 minute drive away.
I purchased this property in 2007, and many friends and family have used it since, and they all say how nice it is.

- Description of sleeping capacity: Sleeps 2/4 (1 Bedroom) Notes on bedrooms: Bedroom contains 2 single beds, which are currently pushed together to form a large double bed, but can be separated. There is also a sofa bed and there are 2 fold up beds located under the single beds, which are ideal for kids.
- Notes on accommodation: This apartment is ideal for a family with kids. I also have friends with other apartments on the same complex, which I am able to book should anybody wish to come with friends. Please contact me for further details on this. Outside: Large quiet communal gardens and swimming pool. Large balcony with beautiful sea views, table and chairs, sunbed and barbecue. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels included. The property is cleaned prior to arrival.
