This luxurious block of apartments has shared access to a generous sized pool which the balcony overlooks, as well as over looking a beautiful golf course. This safe family location is ideal for small children, having only one entrance into the complex with a lockable gate. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two storey apartment block just off the 14th hole of the well know millennium golf course. Vilamoura town with bars, restaurants, shops, marina, supermarkets and beaches is within comfortable walking distance.

About The Owner

Hi, I live in a little village near Sheffield along with my daughters Aby and Maisie and our pet Labrador Millie. I have always had a love for sport, both playing and watching along with the great outdoors and most of all my love of the sea and my desire to be near water. I fell in love with Vilamoura, the area, the marina, the sunshine but most of all it's friendly people, both the ex-pats and the locals. I first had the apartment when both my daughters were young having spent every summer there having the most wonderful of times. Alas my daughters are now 20 and 21 and doing their own thing, hence my decision to let out our lovely second home so others can enjoy the apartment, the area and most of all the Algarve. Welcome. Why The Owner chose Vilamoura

The apartment was chosen due to it's quiet location while being close enough to enjoy the marina, and many choice of restaurants and bars in the area, it is also far enough away to enjoy the calmness and tranquillity of the views of a golf course along with its hidden private setting on a small complex with excellent facilities. If you know the area, it's on the Millenium Laguna golf course so it is within walking distance to the club house. Victoria golf course is close and the famous old course is minutes away along with pinhal golf course. Golfers paradise. In all, it was perfectly placed, in a very nice small complex, a very nice 2 bedroom air-conditioned apartment perfect for both adult holidays or families with children holidays. In fact I may live there very soon.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is set back off the road in a quiet location, in a block of just 16 apartments. From the back, you enjoy very nice views of the 14th fairway of the Millenium golf course, where you can sit and read in peace and quiet while drinking cold beer or wine and totally relax. There are comfortable chairs and table and sun loungers provided. The inside is very comfortable and very tastefully decorated with air- conditioning throughout. The front overlooks the pool (amazingly welcoming). There is secure private car parking underneath. The apartment is a short drive to the many supermarkets, local restaurants and bars.

Suggestions on where to eat and where to shop will gladly be provided if asked. We provide beach towels, and there are 2 mountain bikes which may be used.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is ideal for families, long/short breaks and golfers. No pets. No smoking. Large underground garage for storage and ample room for parking for at least 2 cars. very close to many golf courses restuarants and beaches Outside: Balcony area off living/dining room with breakfast table with seating for 4. Large shared swimming pool metres from property. Extensive grassy area surrounding the apartments, complete with sun loungers. Outside shower - perfect for rinsing yourself down after a day at the beach. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen and bath towels are provided. Maid service is once a week. Maid service includes a clean of the apartment and a bedlinen and towel change. Other: outside table and chairs overlooking golf bunkers and imaculate fairways, 4 sun loungers with cushion covers ample beach towels for pool and beach sun shade for beach.

Excellent it's a must stay apartment if your booking a holiday in this location

The owner Alan was more than helpful , the apartment was perfect in every way modern clean had everything in place you would need no shortages of anything even down to a hairdryer .

There where even children's buckets and spades In the garage if you needed them

The views from both the back and front where lovely and its so relaxing , whether it was having dinner sat at the back overlooking the 14th hole or just chilling and drinking wine too the mornings sat at the little table at the front having a coffee overlooking the pool it was a perfect start to each day.

Sunbathing and sitting by the pool perfect quite and friendly with the neighbours nice and friendly while giving you the space you needed to just to read and relax

The air-conditioning in the main lounge and both bedrooms proved a godsend

The beds so comfortable (no skimping on quality here)

To top it off the wonderful vicky the agent was so helpful knowing she was on hand in case we needed her again put our minds at rest.

We have since returning looked at flights to book this place again and recommended it to two of our close friends

Fantastic Break

Thank you Alan for the rental of your apartment in Villamoura. My husband, myself and our two children had an absolute wonderful time at the complex. The accommodation was faultless, clean, airy, tidy, roomy and well equipped.

The pool was clean and well kept and Vicky the agent was a great help and always on hand. The other residents on the complex were very welcoming.

The views from both balconies were very pleasant and refreshing. A car is required to the marina, however we would walk down to the club house and catch a taxi and would cost us approximately 7 to 8 euros.

We would highly recommend this place and would look to come again in the future.

A real gem of an apartment in a superb setting

A sincere thank you for making our stay at your apartment in Vilamoura such an easy and pleasant experience.

We all totally loved the apartment, pool and complex. We found the apartment to be very clean, spacious, well equipped and modern in design and décor. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable, the living space large and well laid out and the kitchen well equipped. The double bathrooms were a real bonus – having two girls myself I understand the rationale!

It was an absolute blessing to have the air-conditioning working since the temperature rarely fell below 30 degrees.

We found the complex quiet, the neighbours respectful and the maintenance company were there regularly tending to pool and cleaning up communal areas.

Recommended for families with young children/teenagers and couples wanting a relaxing holiday.

You will need a car since the centre of Vilamoura is about 5 mins drive away and the temperatures are regularly 30 deg C plus!

Stayed in this wonderful apartment on the Millenium golf complex. Everything very clean and tidy and the owner was very helpful with lots of information. Area was great, couldn't fault our stay, highly recommended.
