This traditional detached villa is set in its own grounds, and is secluded on all sides for your complete privacy. As you drive through the gates there is a garage and parking for a further 2 cars, leading to gravelled landscaped areas on both sides. At the rear there is a stunning outdoor swimming pool, measuring 10x5m.The pool is surrounded by a generous patio area with barbeque, and has ambient lighting to continue your enjoyment after dark. There are four sun loungers, and a large patio table with 6 chairs and parasol for alfresco dining. The villa also features its own rooftop terrace, giving panoramic views of Las Tres Calas and nearby mountains. The interior is traditionally furnished with an open plan living/dining area. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a conservatory to the side, offering a further dining area with lovely views of the pool and garden.

Notes on accommodation: We have air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room. There are also foldaway beach chairs, beach parasols and cooler box for you to enjoy those long days on the beach. Outside: We have a larger than average private pool with night illumination measuring 10m x 5m. There is an external shower, barbeque area, large table to seat 6 with parasol and 8 sun loungers. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: For your convenience, we provide fresh bed linen and towels at the beginning of your stay, and beds are made up for your arrival. Groceries can also be provided for your arrival, by prior arrangement. There are also 4 beach towels for your use.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
