Apartment in Corralejo, Fuerteventura, Canary Islands - Superb Location Near The Beach

Refurbished in 2008 the apartment is set on the ground floor, overlooking the superb pool and mature Canarian gardens. Although situated within easy walking distance of the local bars, shops and restaurants, this privately owned Las Dunas complex is still perfect for a relaxing quiet holiday if needed. The complex boasts a large freshwater communal pool with children's section and a well equipped gym.

Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance as the owners accept no liability for loss or damage caused during your holiday and is not responsible for outside facilities. Apartment is to be vacated by 10.00am on the day of your departure. Outside: Large freshwater communal pool benefiting from a 50,000€ refurbishment in March 2016 with sunbeds, showers, toilets, mature gardenst and gym. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bedding and towels are included, the apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Beach towels are not included. Other: Living room leads onto the private patio area which has a table and four chairs.

Excellent location with everything you need for relaxing break.

We have stayed on this complex once before and I know the area well. Large supermarket close by and short walk to beach, bars and restaurants.

The property is well presented with everything required for cooking. Overlooks the pool and terrace is shaded throughout the day.

Superb 1 Bed Apartment In Las Dunas

This was a lovely small 1 Bed Apartment but what it lacked in size was made up for all the amenities. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy and all the amenities I used such as the Shower and Kettle worked perfectly. The gardens and the swimming pool were well looked after and the gardeners were seen regularly while I was staying there. Jan had left clear and concise instructions on everything and then went the extra mile by giving useful tips as to how to get around the island to the best restaurants that she and her husband had been to. This was a very pleasant stay and I wished I had had extra time. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to all my friends as they would be guaranteed a wonderful holiday stay. Thanks Sue

Lovely holiday home

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is kept clean and modern and we found it very comfortable having everything we needed. Nice pool area to relax at and a nice walk to the town so its not noisy around the area you actually sleep in. The main entrance is secure and you feel safe around. Very lovely holiday.

Spent two weeks here in the glorious sunshine. Had a wonderful stay, the apartment was really well equipped and comfy. Made a lot of use out of the pool and especially the sunbeds! Blue skies and the town/beaches just a short walk away. Have booked to come back next year, can't wait!

Special interest holidays:

For those wishing to venture further than a sunbed, Fuerteventura offers some of the best water and wind-sports, playing host to the world kite surfing championships. For the rest of us, local walks, tours, dolphin safari's, deep sea fishing etc are readily available.


The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk away, the famous grand playa flag beach and sand dunes are only 15 minutes further. (all are a short bus ride away if you feel the need).


The airport is 30 mins drive away, taxi fare is approx 45 euros one way. Car hire is not essential, buses are frequent and cheap. Taxi from Las Dunas into the center is just 3 euros.

We can arrange airport pick up for approx 40€ each way if required.


The nearest shopping complex is El Campanario (the bell tower) and is a 5 min walk away. It boasts a range of shops and bars including a large Netto supermarket for that last minute bottle of wine. The bell tower has stairs to the top for superb views over Corralejo.There is a taxi rank outside and a market every Sunday to get those few gifts for home. The Baku water park is a 15 min walk away (ideal for little and big kids alike) which also plays host the the large weekly market.

Booking Notes:
50% deposit secures your booking with the balance 6 weeks before you holiday. Full payment is required if booking within 6 weeks of departure. Please make sure you have adequate travel insurance as refunds cannot be offered for last minute cancellations.

Changeover Day:
Saturday, Wednesday and Friday are the usual changeover days. You normally have to vacate the apartment by 10.00am.

Notes on prices:
2017 prices held at 2015 rates,£240/week, extra days £35/day. There is a £42 per week surcharge for more than two guests (to cover the added laundry costs). Minimum rental is 7 nights.
Keys are posted, there is a £20 charge to post keys by registered post overseas.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
