Notes on accommodation: The house ‘Belahay’ is named after our three children Benn, Lauren and Hayley. A new construction completed in 2008. It is built with particular attention being paid to its position near the beach. All three bedrooms have patio doors to a private balcony and from the roof terrace there are extensive sea views. In the lounge there is a large log fire and in the winter we provide a stock of wood. However, if required, air-conditioning is available as an optional extra. This has been installed in the lounge and the three bedrooms and provides instant warm air in the winter as well as cool air in the summer. Outside: Swimming pool with an outdoor shower. Large garden patio areas with a dining table and 6 chairs and large umbrella. Brick built BBQ with chimney. There is a choice of 6 comfortable loungers. Outdoor sofa, two arm chairs and coffee table. On the first floor balcony there is a further table and two chairs and the roof terrace provides privacy for sun bathing. Utility Room: The utility room is outside adjoining the house and is equiped with washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and towels for use in the house are provided. Beach towels are not provided. The property is cleaned after each stay, although cleaning services can be provided at shorter intervals for an extra charge. Other: The garage is kept locked as it stores the owners private belongings and sundries for cleaning and maintaining the house.

On receipt of your firm enquiry you will be sent a booking form by e-mail. This will request full details and a 20% deposit. The balance is due 8 weeks before the date of first date of the holiday. Refundable deposit of £150 to cover any breakages or damage to the property or excessive cleaning requirements.

Air conditioning / warm air heating at an extra charge of £100 per week. Travel cot is available at an extra charge of £70 per week.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
