Apartment in La Quinta Golf Club, Nr. Marbella, Costa del Sol - Stunning Mountain And Sea Views

My luxury 2 bedroom apartment is located on the outstanding 27 hole golf course of La Quinta. Puerto Banus and Marbella is a short drive from the apartment where you will find amazing beaches, shopping, restaurants and bars. The large pool has stunning views of the La Concha mountain, the tranquil surrounding gardens are full of traditional flowers and trees. On the large terrace you can enjoying the glorious views of the mountains and sea. My apartment is extremely comfortable and well equipped, ensuring a stress free and enjoyable holiday, leaving nothing to chance. We are able to offer extra laundry services etc if required. Children are very welcome and would definitely enjoy the safe and secure pool area.

Why Jason Watson chose Benahavís

We fell in love with the area because there is something for everyone. Whether we go out with our young family or go way with friends. We can be at the apartment in about 40 mins from Malaga airport and around 4 1/2 hours in total from home in Surrey to Apartment door to door.

What makes this apartment unique

The Apartment is equipped to 5star standards and we regularly invest back into property. We have just replaced Sofa and Terrace furniture. We want the apartment to be a home from home and only use superior bedding and towels etc. I am very lucky to have a couple who look after the property and are alway available to help with and advise on your trip.

Offering the possibility of residing in a quiet and secure environment. The La Quinta Golf Course and 5 Star Westin hotel our located a stones throw away from the apartment. La Quinta has the perfect equilibrium between quality of life and proximity to all the services the Costa del Sol has to offer.

Notes on accommodation: Apartment is fully air-conditioned and also has heating. The apartment is also very suitable for children. High Speed WiFi is available at no extra charge. Outside: Large pool with beautifully stocked private garden a stones throw from the apartment, with stunning views of the mountains and golf course. There are plenty of sun loungers and grass umbrellas. This is only for the use of the residents, there are locked gates with a code number so that it remains so. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board, clothes dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Clean Premium linen and towels are included at the start of stay. Further cleaning and linen/towels is available but chargeable. A little taste of luxury

Our family of 4 (2adults and 2kids)stayed in Jason's apartment for 10 days. The apartment was amazing. Exceptionally clean and plenty of space. The apartment itself caters for all your needs whilst on holiday. Having sky TV and the playstation was a bonus for our young children. Car hire is essential, but we loved the freedom this gave us. San Pedro , Marbella and Puerto Banus are only a short drive away. The views from the apartment and the poolside were amazing! The kids had hours of fun in the pool and if course if you a a golf lover you will be in heaven. Loved this holiday so much we haves booked for next year already. Jason has been very helpful to answer any of my questions as has Colin next door. It's a must!

Great Place To Stay

We visited this apartment for 12 days and found it a great place to stay. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. It was very clean, modern and spacious. My teenage children enjoyed the sky movie channels along with the easy access to the swimming pool and perfectly kept gardens. Ideal place for relaxing family holiday. Close to numerous places to visit, picturesque village called Benahavis, small town San Pedro and the more bustling larger towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus. We found several excellent places to eat, an Indian called Curry Leaves which is located only a few miles away from the apartment, also the Irish Bar which is located at one of the entrances to La Quinta, a good Italian on the outskirts of San Pedro called Fantasia Ristorante Pizzeria and a bar / restaurant in Benahavis. See Trip-advisor for details. Jason the owner has been easy to deal with and efficient with any responses / queries.

Superb - do not miss this one!

My family and I stayed at Jason's apartment in March 2014, we had a superb week. Accommodation is immaculate well stocked with all home requirements for easy living, The surroundings / buildings and large pool are very well maintained. Quiet, but not to far from the beaches, bars and restaurants of Puerto Banus. Easy access to supermarkets / and local eateries. The owner is easy to deal with and professional. Top tip - take a drive out into the mountains, there are three main roads snaking into rural Spain - Rhonda Road, Istan Road and Ojen Road - beautiful walks and stunning mountain scenery. Highly recommended.

Special interest holidays:

As well as the golf, sophisticated shopping and nightlife at the millionaires' yacht marina in Puerto Banus, the area features superb beaches. Historic Marbella with its wonderful shops, plazas and restaurants. Andalucia is well known for its heritage and scenery. Benahavis, Mijas and Ronda are less than one-hour away; Seville, Gibraltar and the Moorish cities of Granada and Cordoba are day-trips. The cycling is amazing in this area whether your a pro or just want to potter along the front at San Pedro.

Coast/Beach:

San Pedro and Puerto Banus beach is 5/10 minutes away. You will find Cabopino to Guadalmina the coastline is 26 kilometres of exquisite beaches of fine sand. The afore mentioned marinas can be found along this marvellous stretch of coastline.

Travel:

La Quinta has easy motorway access and is approx 40 mins drive from both Malaga and Gibraltar airports. Malaga in particular has several daily flights from all the major low cost airlines.

Car hire is recommended to enjoy the superb surroundings of La Quinta and some of the more traditional Spanish mountain villages.

Airport pick up can be arranged at a price of €65 each way.

Distances:

The apartment is in an extremely good location to benefit from the glitz of Puerto Banus 5 mins by car, the shopaholics paradise of Marbella 10 mins by car and the traditional mountain village of Benahavis 10 mins by car with its superb restaurants. The villages of Mijas and the famous Ronda are also well worth a visit and are within an hours drive.

Further Details:

There are several local supermarkets, one within 2 mins of the apartment and others located in San Pedro which has all the usual amenities. For more extensive shopping the beautiful shopping centre of El Cortes Ingles is located in Puerto Banus with a huge hypercor; there is also a Carrefour near Estepona. Puerto Banus has a market every Saturday which is well worth a visit, where you can buy everything from palm trees to leather goods and hand-stitched tapestries.

A non refundable deposit of 25% secures your booking with the balance payable 10 weeks prior to departure. If the balance is not received by no later than 8 weeks prior to departure we reserve the right to re-let the apartment. Bookings can be made for any day. A deposit of £250 is requested, which will be refunded in full after the departure inspection.The property is normally available from 3:00pm on arrival day & should be vacated by 10:00am. Late check out is subject to availability.

Changeover Day:
We would prefer a Saturday changeover, although we are prepared to accept alternative changeover days subject to availability. Minimum booking 4 days.
