We bought this property to use as a holiday home and to rent out.

It is in the oldest street in the town and was used by the fishermen to access the beach.

It is within walking distance of several beaches and the town, so it is not necessary to hire a car.

If you are a keen walker there are several walking trails in the mountains behind the town.

Coast/Beach:

The apartment is very conveniently located only 5 minutes walk from the main beach and town centre. The beach has a range of restaurants, childrens play areas, water sports, showers, toilets and lifeguards. Sunbeds and parasols available to hire.

Travel:

Malaga airport is about 40 miles away and can be reached in about 45 minutes by motorway.

A local bus service runs from the airport to Malaga with a conecting bus service to Nerja, this will take approx 2 to 2.30 hours, however we recommend a car or taxi for transfer. A car is not essential at the apartment as everything is within walking distance.

Distances:

Places to visit include Granada, Ronda, Mijas, Frigliana and Nerja caves.

If you are a keen walker there are several walking trails in the mountains behind the town.

There are local tour companies running trips to the above and other places.

With a hire car it is possible to take a day trip inland to visit the mountains and lakes and see the real Spain!

Outside: The Balcony overlooks a shared garden. There is a shared roof terrace with a small swimming pool about 1200mm deep. The roof terrace is open all year round. 4 sun loungers are provided for exclusive use of tenants. There are wonderful views of beach and mountains from the terrace. Towels / Linen Bed Linen and towels provided and changed weekly. Beach towels are not provided. Property cleaned at start of tenancy. Cot available at additional charge. Property has been registered with the Consejeria de Turismo Y Deporte to comply with new tourist regulations. It has also been registered with the Comandancia de la gardia civil

Great location, lovely apartment

We love Nerja, and this apartment is located in the right spot for sightseeing, walking, and shopping. Well equipped, with a huge balcony, and a beautifully clean pool, and all communal areas and gardens are kept in pristine condition.

Lovely apartment

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment, it is very comfortable with an excellent large balcony great for people watching and a superb roof terrace for sunbathing with a small pool.

The addition of air conditioning makes this apartment even better, it is located on the best street in Nerja and all bars and restaurants are in easy reach.

The only thing missing from this apartment is a hairdryer otherwise it is perfect.

Excellent stay in Nerja

My boyfriend and I visited Nerja for a week holiday in July. I had visited before so knew the area fairly well. The apartment was excellent, it had everything we could have needed and was in the best location. Situated around a 3-5 minute walk from the centre square (Balcon de Europa) and around 1-2 minutes from the beach. Everything was on our doorstep. The apartment was spacious and had all the facilities for a self catering holiday. The roof terrace with small pool was great and we spend most mornings here before going to the beach after lunch time. The hosts for this apartment communicated with us before and during our stay however there were no issues with our holiday whatsoever. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning next year - for longer! Thank you to the owners of this apartment.

Very nice apartment, very comfortable,superb location.

This is a superb apartment set in lovely gardens in a brilliant central location. Two excellent bar/restaurants just across the road, but nevertheless not noisy. Based on Calle Carabeo our favourite street in Nerja, the old town and its numerous bars and restaurants are within 5 minutes walk, with our particular favourite the Hotel Carabeo just a couple of hundred yards down the road.

The apartment itself is excellent, very comfortable with all the amenities you need. It has a great balcony/terrace overlooking the gardens and the street, (great if you like people watching) and the roof terrace with splash pool is an added bonus, great for sunbathing and with magnificent views of the sea and mountains.

The booking process was seamless with excellent communication from the owners, We would recommend this apartment without hesitation, 5 stars in our opinion.

I love this area and this Appartment. Its really cute and traditional with the Decor it is in a amazing part of nerja, really centre and everything is just at your fingertips. The owners are so nice so easy to deal with would book again for definite 5 star :-)

NERJA 2013

A basic but well presented apartment, well situated between the Balcon/central Square and the Burriana Beach. Adequately equipped and well prepared for my stay. The rooftop splash pool was a bonus. I would happily rent this property again. The Booking process was excellent and the owners very helpful. I booked a Shuttle transfer which dropped off/picked up near to the Parador Hotel and it was just a few minutes walk to the apartment. I know the resort very well and didn't need to hire a car on this occassion

Please check availability calender and prices. If your required dates are available please e-mail dates required and we will confirm the availability and price. 50% deposit required at time of booking and balance due 8 weeks before departure.
Minimum 1 week bookings in July and August and 5 days at any other times. 20% Discount for long lets of 6 weeks and over in winter. Price on application.

Changeover Day:
Change over dates are flexible all year expect in late July and August when we only except weekend changeovers. Time of arrival is 3pm and departure is 10am except by prior agreement.

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
