The apartment is part of a small block with 18 apartments in total. It has a double bedroom and a twin bedded bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge/diner and large balcony. Air conditioning and heating newly installed to meet with new government regulations.

Shared rooftop terrace and swimming pool. Convenient for restaurants and beaches. 5 mins walk to beach and town centre. 4 sun loungers are provided for exclusive use of tenants. There are wonderful views of beach and mountains from the terrace.

We bought this property to use as a holiday home and to rent out.

It is in the oldest street in the town and was used by the fishermen to access the beach.

It is within walking distance of several beaches and the town, so it is not necessary to hire a car.

Outside: The Balcony overlooks a shared garden. There is a shared roof terrace with a small swimming pool about 1200mm deep. The roof terrace is open all year round. 4 sun loungers are provided for exclusive use of tenants. There are wonderful views of beach and mountains from the terrace. Towels / Linen Bed Linen and towels provided and changed weekly. Beach towels are not provided. Property cleaned at start of tenancy. Cot available at additional charge. Property has been registered with the Consejeria de Turismo Y Deporte to comply with new tourist regulations. It has also been registered with the Comandancia de la gardia civil

Very nice apartment, very comfortable,superb location.

This is a superb apartment set in lovely gardens in a brilliant central location. Two excellent bar/restaurants just across the road, but nevertheless not noisy. Based on Calle Carabeo our favourite street in Nerja, the old town and its numerous bars and restaurants are within 5 minutes walk, with our particular favourite the Hotel Carabeo just a couple of hundred yards down the road.

The apartment itself is excellent, very comfortable with all the amenities you need. It has a great balcony/terrace overlooking the gardens and the street, (great if you like people watching) and the roof terrace with splash pool is an added bonus, great for sunbathing and with magnificent views of the sea and mountains.

The booking process was seamless with excellent communication from the owners, We would recommend this apartment without hesitation, 5 stars in our opinion.

I love this area and this Appartment. Its really cute and traditional with the Decor it is in a amazing part of nerja, really centre and everything is just at your fingertips. The owners are so nice so easy to deal with would book again for definite 5 star :-)

NERJA 2013

A basic but well presented apartment, well situated between the Balcon/central Square and the Burriana Beach. Adequately equipped and well prepared for my stay. The rooftop splash pool was a bonus. I would happily rent this property again. The Booking process was excellent and the owners very helpful. I booked a Shuttle transfer which dropped off/picked up near to the Parador Hotel and it was just a few minutes walk to the apartment. I know the resort very well and didn't need to hire a car on this occassion

Preiswertes Appartement mit kleinen Schwächen.

Das Appartement entspricht der Beschreibung, ist im wesentlichen in gutem Zustand und vollständig ausgestattet. Allerdings wurden die Betten einschließlich Matratzen (nach Angaben des Vermieters) zuletzt im Jahr 2006 erneuert. Empfindsame Menschen spüren das deutlich. Und mangels geeignetem freien Stauraum fällt es schwer, den Inhalt der Koffer unterzubringen (insbesondere bei Belegung mit mehr als zwei Personen).

Ein weiteres Problem ist die Lage direkt an der Zufahrt zum gebührenpflichtigen Hauptparkplatz der Stadt. Das bringt einerseits recht viel Verkehrslärm, andererseits für die, die mit einem Wagen anreisen, spannende Kämpfe um die auch Ende Oktober noch gut belegten kostenfreien und nahegelegenen Parkplätze. Eine Übernachtung des Autos auf dem gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz kostet 2016 in der Hauptsaison 18 Euro, in der Nebensaison immerhin noch 12 Euro. Abmildern lässt sich das nur per Dauertickets für eine vorgegebene Anzahl aufeinanderfolgender Tage.

Minimum 1 week bookings in July and August and 5 days at any other times. 20% Discount for long lets of 6 weeks and over in winter. Price on application.

Changeover Day:
Change over dates are flexible all year expect in late July and August when we only except weekend changeovers. Time of arrival is 3pm and departure is 10am except by prior agreement.
