Notes on accommodation: There is air-conditioning and heating in all the bedrooms and in the living/dining and kitchen. Outside: Just 2 blocks away (100 meters) there is a swimming pool with very nice lounge garden and sunbeds , and a bar/restaurant witch can be used by all clients of my penthouse. condition: just have a drink or a snack time to time overthere.The name of the bar/pool is :La Laguna. Utility Room: Includes washing machine and dryer (all new). Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included. There is a change of towels once a week and also a cleaning midweek. Other: Very exciting is the roof terrace with access from the living room, including shower, BBQ. Dining for at least 6 persons, lounge seats and lounge beds, wc, storage and fridge.

Coast/Beach:

Just 50 meters from the sandy beaches. Located at the famous Pinewalk and 10 minutes driving to the beautiful sandy beach of Formentor.

Travel:

Only 40 minutes driving from the airport of Palma, (taxi +- 70 euro). Better is booking a rental car (+- 20 to 25 euro a day). We can arrange a hire car if you want!

Distances:

Only 10 minutes walk to the center of the village of Puerto Pollensa, 10 minutes driving to the town of Pollensa and also 10 minutes driving to Alcudia.

Further Details:

A lot of shops and restaurants in Puerto Pollensa. Supermarkets walking distance and also a lot of banks and change offices at walking distances. The market in Puerto is on Wednesday, in Alcudia on Tuesday and in Pollensa on Sundays.
