Hi Wayne & Orla. We have just returned from your wonderful apartment and are already missing it. It was very hot over there and your air conditioning was a godsend. The apartment is so large and the kids really enjoyed all the toys and DVDs you left out for us. We stayed at the pool area nearly all day, every day as it is just so relaxing. We will be recommending it all our friends. Oh and Frank wants to mention that he enjoyed watching the football on your plasma TV!! Tks,Jen

Stunning Apartment 5 Stars all the way!

I just want to compliment the holiday we had in your apartment. It was spotless on arrival. We cannot fault the apartment or it's facilities. The pool area is ideal for families and it is so easy to keep an eye on our children. The gardens and greenery are absolutely spotless and so well maintained. We had BBQ's on the terrace and the complex has such a relaxing feel to it, it was just so calm every day. We didn't hire a car and just used taxis when needed. The Pinga Doce which is a large supermarket was only 6 euro in a taxi and the marina was between 8 and 10 euro. The Vila Sol Village was really nice, especially the restaurant and the tapas bar, so relaxing and child friendly!

We had 1 rainy day and the Wi FI was so handy that day when we just chilled and watched movies!

We absolutely loved this holiday and this apartment and could not recommend it highly enough. Can't wait to holiday here again in the summer. Thanks again, Wayne.

We were going to Vilamoura on holiday for the last 12 yrs and loved it so much that we decided to buy a property there. It has something for everybody. Sunset Villas is where we decided to buy after a lot of viewings of different properties. The area is very private yet has easy access to everything.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

There are 4 local beaches all within a 5 minute drive.

Travel:

15-20 mins from faro airport. Car hire is not essential but is recommended. Transport to and from airport can be arranged for an additional cost.

Location Information: As well as a choice of pools, there is tennis, golf and a jogging track. The Pestana Golf Resort Hotel and Vila Sol Golf Club House offer high quality bars and restaurants. For children the amazing Aquashow Water Park is 5 mins away and 6km away in Almancil there is karting, horse riding and numerous golf courses including Vale de Lobo & Quinta de Lago. The Vilamoura Marina is about 2 km away, offering lovely boutiques and restaurants and you can also book fishing, sailing and scuba diving trips. There are markets in both Loule and Quarteira and just 20 mins away in Faro are numerous places of historic and cultural interest. For those who just want to relax, the Tivoli Spa in Vilamoura is highly recommended for a total pampering experience. Golf: There are 14 golf courses within a 15 minute drive and the Championship Vila Sol 27 hole golf course is right on your doorstep. Vila Sol is one of the Algarve's most exclusive golf resorts. The Golf course has twice hosted the Portuguese Open

Our apartment has a large private roof terrace and this was an important factor in buying the property. It also has a large private balcony and patio doors which open on to the balcony from the lounge. We also have a Large Plasma satellite TV and a home cinema system. The location is second to none and the layout of the apartment is in our opinion brilliant with 2 en-suite bedrooms, a large lounge and a large seperate kitchen and utility room. At night time, the lights on the gardens and the pool are beautiful and we enjoy nothing more than sitting on the balcony, with a glass of vino, listening to music. It really is idyllic. Also for the kids, there is a huge water park just 5 mins from the entrance from our resort. Enjoy your stay!
