This stunning apartment, which sleeps up 6 people, has recently been professionally renovated to the highest specification throughout. The apartment comprises an ample lounge, complete with 42’ plasma and patio doors leading out to a balcony/dining area with breathtaking views! There are 2 beautifully appointed bedrooms, a fabulous kitchen/diner and contemporary bathroom complete with wet area. The much sought after area of Port Adriano has a wealth of fantastic restaurants, bars and amenities on your doorstep. Equally, the South West of Mallorca offers many different attractions to suit all tastes; from the shops and city life of Palma to the mountain top views at Valldemossa!

Outside: Just in front of the apartment directly on the beach is a bar/restaurant area with a large pool and sunbathing areas. For a nominal fee (5 euros) residents can use these facilities (pool/bar closed November - March). The large balcony of the apartment is ideal for watching the sunset. Port Adriano is currently undergoing an expansion to add another 82 moorings which will allow it to host much larger yachts. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment will have been fully cleaned and prepared ready for your arrival with all linen, towels and pool towels included. For holidays of 2 weeks or more, linen and towels changed weekly. Additional maid service can be organised if required.

Excellent apartment, great views, good location

Great apartment with everything you could need provided, stunning views across the bay towards the Marina. Location was great for us in a peaceful location with Santa Ponsa and Maguluf for our teenage daughters a short bus ride or walk away. Highly recommend this apartment as you won't be disappointed.

Perfect Location

We had a fantastic week in Marks apartment. Very comfortable and fully equipped as described. The view from the balcony is absolutely superb,in fact we actually stopped in 3 nights and ate on the balcony as it was such a wonderful view. There are many restaurants to choose from in the marina area but I have to say that the El Toro restaurant just below the flat offered not only the best food but also the best value for money. The mixed Paella ranked extremely high in my ratings. Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Check out the superyachts on google,you will be amazed who you are rubbing shoulders with !

Excellent apartment, great area!

The apartment is fantastic and fully equipped! Comfortable beds and very clean! The views from the balcony are stunning! A short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and small supermarkets for everything you would need. If you want to stray further then the bus stop is conveniently situated right outside the apartments!

The beach is lovely - quiet and clean (busier with locals at the weekend). Santa Ponsa is only a short bus ride away but is a much busier beach! Excellent boat rides go from here though, so worth a look.

The pool is also well maintained (small charge of €5 to use per person, per day but includes sunbeds and parasols and also a lifeguard present). The pool bar is excellent! Staff very friendly and attentive and the food was amazing and reasonably priced!! Calamari portions HUGE!!

Marks communication/help both before, during and after our stay was second to none - thank you!

Overall we would definitely recommend this apartment! We travelled with our 2yr old and she loved every minute, so also suitable for children.

We discussed how we would love to return before we had even left!!

Look forward to booking again, sooner rather than later Mark!!

Superb

The apartment is a credit to Mark. It's position could not be better with stunning views over the marina, spectacular sunsets and very close to shops, many restaurants of every type, golf if it takes your fancy and night life is not far away. The apartment is very well equipped, well furnished, modern and very clean we will most certainly visit again.

Great Apartment, Great Location!

What a great apartment, modern and so well kitted out. Mark the owner could not have been more helpful with advice and tips about the locations around the area. The bus stop is right outside the apartment great for discovering the towns near by. We had a ball from start to finish of our time there. We will return!.

Perfect holiday

What a holiday. Firstly the help and advice Mark the owner give us before and after we booked was very helpful.

The resort of El Toro was a welcome relaxing resort to spend two weeks either on the beach or by the pool at the pool bar below.

The bus service outside the apartment was fantastic to either go to Santa Ponsa or Palma.

All in all we had a fantastic holiday in this lovely apartment with a view to die for and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Location

Special interest holidays:

The port also has a diving school and charter brokerage. There are a number of cycle tracks around Santa Ponsa and the area is ideal for those who enjoy walking. For the more adventurous you can do both of these through the famous Tramuntana Mountains from Andratx to Pollensa.

Travel:

The airport at Palma (PMI) is about 20km away which is about 25 mins drive or about a 35 euro taxi ride. El Toro is well served by buses with a public bus that stops regularly outside the apartment with regular services to Santa Ponsa, Magaluf and Palma. A car is not needed but recommended if you wish to appreciate the full beauty of the island. Taxis operate regularly in the area and are inexpensive and reliable. An airport pick up and drop off service is available for a maximum of three people

Palma International Airport, 20 minutes.

Palma City, 20 minutes.

Santa Ponsa, 5 minutes.

Port Adriano, 1 minute.

Nearest golf course, 2 minutes.

Santa Ponsa country club, 5 minutes.

Puerto Portals, 10 minutes.

Andratx, 20 minutes.

We use an English family agency in Santa Ponsa who are available throughout your stay to deal with any queries and offer any help and advise that you may need. This is our family apartment in Mallorca and will provide all home comforts you normally miss on holiday.

The beautiful Port Adriano is within walking distance with a lovely beach, 5* hotel, several shops and fabulous restaurants specialised in everything from local cuisine, fish and pizzas. Santa Ponsa is 5 minutes away with its golden sandy beach and holiday atmosphere, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The fashionable "celebrity" Portal Portals has many chic restaurants and the beautiful architectural city of Palma with its cathedral and shopping malls.

Prices shown are for the property, per week in UK pounds (we accept euros at current exchange rate) and include linen and towels. Short and long term lets are available. A 25% deposit is required to confirm a booking and final balance will be due 6 weeks before the holiday. A security deposit of £250 is required with final payment which will be fully refundable when the keys have been returned and our agents tell us there is no damage to the apartment and no excess cleaning was required

Changeover Day:
Saturday is the preferred changeover day. On the day we ask that you arrive after 4pm and on departure, leave before 12pm although we try to accommodate all arrival and departure times if at all possible.
