The studio which boasts one of the best locations on the complex, has a private and sunny apartment balcony which overlooks the pool and has a sea view. The pool is heated during the winter months. There is a separate fully modernised bathroom with a bath, shower, and WC. Separate modern fully fitted kitchen area, lounge area, and balcony. Apartment is fan-cooled via remote controlled ceiling fan. The studio can be accessed via a lift. There is an on-site cafe/pool bar, restaurant, supermarket, and beauty salon. Being a private and secure development the complex has on site security and direct access from the complex onto the sea front is via secured gates. All amenities and excellent affordable dining are within close proximity. The seafront promenade offers level walking to Los Cristianos and central Las Americas. The complex is situated in an excellent, up-market location within Las Americas and is suitable for the most discerning of holiday maker. About The Owner

We have owned our holiday home for many years and have been advertising on this site since 2008. We currently live in Torquay, Devon so are fortunate to have the best of both worlds. Our holiday home has bought us a lot of pleasure over the years and we have had many happy times there. We welcome you to our apartment and hope you have a wonderful holiday.

Why The Owner chose Arona

We chose this property because the complex is beautifully maintained and there is a heated pool which is quite rare in Tenerife. The complex is also quiet; not situated next to noisy bars. We also chose the apartment because of the location. The location is fabulous; 2 mins/100 meters to the beach and the seafront promenade offers level walking to Los Cristianos and central Las Americas. With all facilities and amenities in close proximity. We strive hard to ensure that our apartment is extremely well equipped and well maintained and we are very fortunate to have wonderful cleaners Pat and Tina who keep the apartment impeccably clean for our guests. We can be contacted by phone or email during your stay and have people on hand if there are any problems.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment has both sea and pool views and a private sunny balcony. If you enjoy the sun then a sunny balcony is essential.

The communal swimming pool is heated throughout the winter months. This is a unique benefit as many pools in Tenerife do not have heating.

The apartment also has free private Wifi in the apartment and free Wifi at the pool area.

Apartment is fan-cooled via remote controlled ceiling fan.

Lovely, comfortable and very convenient with easy access to beach, shops, bar and restaurants

The apartment was ideal. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Ideal for a couple. Everything needed was to hand. The pool area was great, no worries about getting a lounger and a spot by the pool. The cafe/bar on site is also excellent. I am going back in the summer!

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view in a super location!

Recently returned from staying in this lovely apartment. We found that the owner was easy to communicate with and answered all of our queries making the booking process stress free!

The apartment was immaculate and really well equipped with everything needed for our stay, it even had a hairdryer! During the evenings we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine whilst looking out to sea. Being over the pool it was very quiet on an evening which made our stay very restful.

Parque Santiago 1 was a very well maintained complex that was really central to absolutely everything. We were able to walk to the beach which is only outside of the complex and with amazing restaurants on the doorstep we found we didn't need to venture very far.

I would certainly recommend this apartment and look forward to our next stay here.

Great location lovely and peaceful

We found this property to be in a great location convenient to all amenities. This is a lovely apartment, everything you need to feel comfortable! Great location, pool area and bar is excellent. Made you feel very welcome! Very clean and comfortable place.

On arriving at the apartment and entering we knew from our first look that we were going to enjoy ourselves here. Previously we had stayed

in Los Christianos, but this outshone everything. Location of the apartment was perfect, amenities in the pool bar good.

Las Americas has a variety of bars and entertainment to suit all tastes. The complex is situated in an excellent, up-market location within Las Americas and is suitable for the most discerning of holiday maker.

Further Details:

Siam Park is only a 10 mins bus/car ride from the complex and is Tenerifes newest family attraction. It is the largest theme park with aquatic attractions in Europe. Siam Park boasts hair raising rides combined with exotic marine life and was designed with the help of Bangkok Universitys top professor of architecture. There is a distinct Thai feel with floating markets, pavilions and tea houses.
