Apartment in the old town of Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

This good sized 2 bedroom apartment is situated in the charming old town of Puerto del Carmen 2 minutes walking distance to the harbor with its lovely fish restaurants and 10 minutes to the sand beaches of Puerto del Carmen. The apartment is situated in a quiet small complex of just 20 units offering an adults' and a children's pool. All amenities are within walking distance. Local shops, bars and the famous Irish harbor bar with live music are just within 3 minutes walking distance. The main sand beach is aprox.10 minutes walk from the apartment. The complex is very small well maintained and quiet . Parking possibilities in front of the apartment on the street. Our apartment is equipped the way that we would like to offer a nice relaxing holiday stay to our clients. We offer 2 bedrooms but we are happy to rent it our to 1 or 2 of you .

Notes on accommodation: The property is located on first floor and offers a balcony - if you have small children it might not be very suitable as they might like to climb on the balcony railing (my son when he was 2 years of age loved this). But for children we can offer you another apartment in the same complex with the same characteristics plus 20 sq.m. terrace and no balcony! There are some steps in the complex - so for holiday makers with mobility problems it also might not be very suitable. The complex is locked with gates and very safe. We also offer a safe in the apartment without any extra charge. If a client prefers extra cleaning (during week) we can provide this with an extra charge. Our apartment is equipped to spend a nice holiday - with breakfast on the balcony and nice quiet afternoons on the sunbathing area at the pool. In the evening you just walk to the harbor to have a nice meal and later on to have a Guinness with life music in the Irish bars which are within walking distance. Outside: The complex is very quiet and very well maintained. It offers on 2 levels 1 adult pool with sunbathing area and sun lounges and 1 kids pool with sun lounges. The pool area is very quiet and relaxing and south facing so you have sun there all day. The complex is very safe. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen changed 1x week. Cleaning 1 week after arrival. We are happy to offer you an extra cleaning service for an extra payment. Other: The apartment offers a south facing balcony with parasol, table and 4 chairs with views to the sea.

Our prices are based on the number of holiday makers . For 2 of you we offer the apartment from for Euro 285,- per week our Pound 250 per week .

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
