Villa La Bahia is a Stunning 5* Luxury Villa and is situated on a one of the prime plots on the development of Vista Lobos (back line), therefore commanding amazing panoramic sea views to Papagayo beaches Fuerteventura and Los Lobos, the views to the mountains are also spectacular. Car hire is not considered essential. The nearest supermarket is 2 mins walk away, and it is approx 10 mins walk to the nearest beach/restaurants and bars. A taxi rank is situated at the entrance to the development 1 min walk away. The villa has a private heated 8 x 4m swimming pool and luxury hot tub/spa. The property has 220sq.m of living space (plot 500sq.m) and has been constructed, furnished and equipped to a very high standard with all quality fixtures and fittings. Airconditioning, large LCD TV with SKY & English TV Channels, DVD player and full size pool table. A welcome pack is provided for your arrival and all linen, bath towels and pool towels are also provided.

Hi, my name is Marie Smart, I am the owner of properties on Vista Lobos and also the Director of Pure Luxury Villas Lanzarote, which was launched in 2007. I have been renting privately owned Villas on this development for 7 years, offering luxury properties which are furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard. Our Villas are "home from home" for us and a lot of time has been dedicated to making the villas as luxurious and comfortable for guests as they are for our own family holidays. To ensure the very best of quality, we select properties based on furnishings, decor and location. Coast/Beach:

Approx a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach at Playa Flamingo. There are also 2 other beaches in Playa Blanca and a little further out the magnificent Papagayo beach which is well worth a visit. A beautiful promenade stretches for approx 3 miles from one end of town, (lighthouse) to Papagayo at the other. To one side you have the sea and to the other many shops, bars and restaurants of Playa Blanca.

Cycle hire is available locally.

Travel:

The airport for Lanzarote is Arrecife (ACE) and it is approx a 20/30 minute drive to Playa Blanca. If you are not hiring a car, taxi's are readily available outside of the airport and these will cost approx 45 euros each way.

Pre-booked private transfers can also be arranged.

Taxi's can be taken to anywhere within Playa Blanca for no more than 3/4 Euro.

Further Details:

Playa Blanca village has a large pedestrianised shopping area with an abundance of shops and supermarkets, the promenade is lined with quality restaurants and bars with something to suit every taste.

The new Marina Rubicon boasts a selection of designer shops and upmarket restaurants/bars, you will also find a bowling alley here.

Playa Dorada beach offers a good selection of water sports.

An hourly ferry service to Fuerteventura operates from the harbour at Punta Limones and there is also a selection of boat trips available from here.

Other places of interest include: Timanfaya National park 15 mins drive. El Golfo 20 mins drive, and the very pretty villages of Femes and Yaiza 10 mins drive. There is a water park in Costa Teguise 30 mins drive.

Booking Notes:
A 30% deposit secures your booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. All prices are based on 4 persons and an extra £80 pp per week does apply for each additional guest (under 2's stay free). Peak time £1675 this price is regardless of the no of guests. There is a £200 security deposit which is to be paid on arrival and will be refunded on departure when the property has been handed over in good order with no damages incurred.
All of our prices include pool heating & aircon.

Changeover Day:
We are quite flexible on changeover days, please enquire.

Notes on prices:
All prices are based on 4 persons. An additional £80 per person per week does apply for each additional guest with the exception of aged 2 and under who stay free of charge.

There is also a beautiful outdoor bar area/covered pergola where you can relax with your favourite tipple!! Utility Room: Washing machine and tumble dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Daily Maid Service Mon- Fri. Midweek towel change and bed linen will be changed weekly. For those guests staying for more than 1 week the villa will also be fully cleaned on a weekly basis. The pool and hot tub/spa are cleaned twice weekly.
