The living areas have a luxury feel and are open, relaxing and integrate with the beautiful out door terrace and BBQ areas. The modern kitchen gives the Villa an up to date feel whilst still maintaining its Mediterranean charm. Outside, the to die for pool speaks volumes about the Villa. Situated among pine trees with an the infinity edge pool overlooking the sea, this Villa has definetly got the wow factor. The Village of Canyamel is within walking distance of the Villa and has all the essential local amenities needed for your stay and some excellent restaurants and golf courses. Even though everything you need is readily available, Canyamel is situated in an unspoilt and stunning protected nature and marine reserve and as such is the perfect place to take in the views, relax and soak up the sun.

Hi our names are Joe and Cath and we have been managing holiday lettings in Spain since 2002. We have a local on site manager who takes care of the day to day running of the villas for us. This gives our guests great peace of mind, who feel reassured they have someone at hand who speaks spanish, english etc.

We now have an established clientele who come back to us year after year. What our guests seem to like about our villas are: the cleanliness of the accommodation and pools, the very close proximity of the villas to the beach and the local airport, their convenient access to local restaurants, bars, a bank, supermarket and pharmacy, our secure parking arrangements, the spaciousness of our villas, their family orientation and quiet, realaxing and peaceful location.

We really had one of the best if not the best ever holiday at this amazing 007 house perched above the sea. The views are just mindblowing and we had the most relaxing and comfortable of stays. I would like you to know that my extended family and I have had a fabulous week staying in Villa El Condor.

Special interest holidays:

The villa is an ideal base for DIY special interest holidays or can be booked as necessary by special interest holiday companies.


The beach at Canyamel is very clean and safe, with life guards on duty over the summer months. Sun loungers and sun shelters are available at high season for hire. There are some stunning first line resturants and bars, where you can enjoy a drink or supurb meal as the sun goes down.


The nearest airport is Palma airport, approx 50 mins drive from the villa. Car hire is essential.


Canyamel is roughly a 10-15 drive from Cala Ratjada, a local fishing port which also has ferries frequently going to and from Menorca. The impressive promenade is something that should be visited. It also has an active and friendly nightlife, perfect for a night out.

Canyamel is where the famous and amazing 'Arta Caves' can be visited. The whole area is wounderful for exploring the coast and rural charm of Mallorca, with great walks, typical villages and lovely resturants.

This is a professionally managed Villa with staff on hand in Canyamel to meet and greet you and ensure that you have a great holiday. Canyamel itself has some basic amenities such as a bank, newsagents, pharmacy, bread shop, and a small local supermarket and some very well priced restaurants and bars to cater for all tastes. Near by is the beautiful medieval town of Arta and Capdepera which have weekly food markets and a great range of traditional and more european restaurants to suit all budgets. Further field approx 15mins by car are the beach resorts of Cala Ratjada and Cala Millor which have their own marinas and an extensive array of cocktail bars and nightclubs etc

As well as this, Canyamel and the local area boasts a selection of activities; both on land and in the sea. Watersports include sailing, fishing, diving and snorkeling. Keeping your toes dry, you could play tennis, enjoy walking or even horse riding.

Changeover Day:
A sat to sat change over day is preferred, especially in high season. Arrivals are at 4pm and departures by 10am.

Notes on prices:
The rent will need to be paid 2 months prior to the start date of your holiday. The deposit will be returned to you in full within 7 working days of your stay, as long as there are no breakages, extra cleaning, repainting or damage caused. Let us know if you require extra daily cleaning or a food hamper on arrival.

  • Notes on accommodation: The villa has central heating and a seperate electric hot water system. Outside: The very large lounge and patio area which is surrounded by flowers and trees overlooks the pool area and has spectacular and pamoramic views of the sea and surrounding pine forest. A covered alfresco dinning area with outside lighting and a double grill gas barbeque provides protection from the sun as and when needed. Outdoor dinning furniture and sun loungers are situated by the private infinity pool. In addition, there is a table tennis table and guests are welcome to use at their own risk the bike, canoe, boogy boards and fishing rods when available. Two of the bedrooms at the top of the house has its own private balcony area and the large ground floor bedroom leads directly to the main terrace and pool area. There is also an outside shower area cut into the mountain rock by the pool. Utility Room: The utility room includes a washing machine, sepearte tumble dryer, sink and extra fridge/freezer space. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included, they are changed on a weekly basis when the villa is cleaned. Additional chamber maid services can be purchased on a daily basis.
