Villa in Moron de la Frontera, Seville, Spain - Rural Andalucia

Lovely Spanish villa surrounded by stunning countryside, fruit and olive trees. Private 12x6 mt swimming pool is fenced off for those with young children. Has an outside bar/play area, comprising a cooler for drinks storage, pool table and table tennis. Inside the property has air-conditioning and comprises 4 double sized bedrooms, 3 of which contain double beds and one twin bedroom. There are 2 well equipped bathrooms. One is an en-suite. The other includes a full size bath. The kitchen contains a large gas cooker with 5 hob cooking, a fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave along with all essential utensils necessary. The large lounge dinner has sofa seating with large TV, DVD and CD radio with USB port. The lounge also has a log burning stove. The dinning table seats up to 8 people. All-in-all a great place to relax and unwind or take a sporting break. Greeted by owners on arrival day.

Buenas Dias, we are a family run business and have been told by many of our guests that we are very helpful and informative and that the villa is finished to a very comfortable and high standard. Also, having two children of our own, we understand the importance of safety first, hence the fenced off swimming pool area and gated roof terrace entrance. We take this safety first approach throughout the lovely villa and its grounds. We have received glowing references and feedback, so please don't be shy and ask us for them. We strive to make sure your stay is a memorable and pleasant one.

The surrounding area of the villa is very typically Spanish, which is exactly what we wanted and love about it. It is off the beaten track giving you privacy, whilst also being bang in the middle of two beautiful pueblo's (villages) El Arahal and Morón de la Frontera, both approx. 10kms away (10 mins drive) and just a 10 minute drive away from the main A-92 motorway which connects Seville to Malaga/Granada. Valle Verde is a rural estate having around 200 properties on it, which are all set well apart for individual privacy.

The main benefits our lovely villa can offer is the peaceful tranquility it can give you and being away from the hustle and bustle of the coast. Being just a 10 minute drive away to one of the two idyllic Spanish towns, both with more than ample shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, play areas, sports facilities should you require. Other reasons to enjoy your stay at our villa are the fact that we have a large swimming pool 12x6 mtrs, American pool table, ping-pong table and boule pitch. Inside we offer free Sky Sports, Sky Movies, BT Sports, Eurosports, Setanta Sports, Sky News, etc..

"Villa Girasol is een geweldig huis met heel veel ruimte en privacy. Er is een mooi zwembad. In twee slaapkamers en in de woonkamer is airco. Dat is ook hard nodig in de zomer. Ook is er wifi zodat je zowel binnen als buiten (bijvoorbeeld op de mooie veranda) kan surfen op het www. De villa ligt dicht bij de snelweg wat het een goede uitval basis maakt voor uitstapjes naar bijvoorbeeld Sevilla, Cordoba en Ronda."

Booking Notes:
Minimum booking 1 week in advance. Minimum of a 3 night booking. 20% (Non-refundable) deposit required at time of booking. Outstanding payments to be made 8 weeks before arrival date or immediately if inside the 8 week period. A refundable 'breakages' deposit (€/£200) will be required upon arrival to the villa with a €50 cleaning fee payable on departure day (in all cases).

Changeover Day:
Guests are to vacate the villa no later than 11:00am on changeover days. Incoming guests are welcome at any time. They cannot enter the villa until 15:00 on changeover days but are more than welcome to use the outside facilities. Baggage safely stored.

Notes on accommodation: A cot and high chair can be supplied on request. Outside: Within the large 3000 square metre parcela you have many options to pass the time. By swimming in the private 12 x 6 metre swimming pool or relaxing on the sun lounges and chairs which are supplied for chilling out around the pool area. Maybe you prefer a game of pool in the 'chiringuito' (small bar) whilst drinking from the outside drinks cabinet. There is ample room for a game of table-tennis which is supplied upon request. Outside table and chairs are also supplied to eat al-fresco. There is a barbecue close to the bar/pool area giving you the opportunity to cook whilst keeping an eye on the kids. You are welcome to help yourselves to any in-season fruit from the many fruit trees - orange, lemon, plum, pear, apple, grapes etc.. You are also welcome to buy fresh laid eggs from our own hens. Utility Room: Washing machine, ironing board and iron. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen are included. Swimming pool towels also supplied. Property cleaned prior to arrival. Sheets and towels cleaned on request. Swimming pool cleaned and maintained regularly.
