The apartments are very nice and is excellently located. They are right opposite the Fine Arts Museum Square. The neighbourhood surrounding is one of the most typical quarters in Seville, with a mix of stately, historic houses, plazas and churches. This part of the city provides with a perfect insight of every day life in Seville, offering a more authentic and less touristy Seville without sacrificing proximity to the major monuments and cultural sights. Every Sunday the painters market takes place in Plaza del Museo, where local artists display and sell their work. and four minutes from the El Corte Ingles, La Campana, Sierpes, Tetuan-shopping district. The Cathedral, Alcazar and Santa Cruz quarter are approximately 10 minutes walk. It´s a few minutes walk to the Plaza de Armas bus station, the Guadalquivir River and Triana district. Also near the theme park Isla Magica.

Ideal location.

The apartment was central, clean, light, comfortable and well equipped. Within a few minutes of our arrival we were able to start getting to know the city. The Cathedral and Real Alcazar were within 2 minutes walking distance and everything else easily accessible. Tapas bars, a supermarket and small grocery shops were within a few minutes away. Central, yet a quiet haven. We hope to return soon.

City living

This is an ideal apartment for a couple. Situated in the old city, close to everything, it is absolutely perfect. Its completely modern and beautifully furnished, with all cooking facilities provided. A couple of steps away are many tapas bars but it is not noisy. There is a great terrace upstairs to catch a bit of sun after a day of walking. Absolutely ideal for exploring the city and for catching the night life. Its great not being far from home whilst visiting Seville as it's so close to the cathedral, the Alcazar and the many fabulous tapas bars. I would absolutely recommend this apartment, go visit!

Superbly located apartment

The location of this apartment is perfect for visiting Seville. The street is quiet and has a relaxed feel and yet it is only moments away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We are a family of five and stayed for nine nights. Lidia welcomed us on arrival, offering help if we needed it at anytime during our stay. The photographs are a true refection of the facilities. We found the apartment clean and tidy on arrival and loved the proximity to the city centre and sights with the arts museum just a few minutes away -a visit to which, is an absolute must. The apartment is within short walking distance of many and varied food shops and a very well stocked supermarket at Plaza de Armas. That was also where we were able to catch a bus to the airport - very convenient and reasonably priced at 4 euros each for a single ticket. There are so many bars and places to eat in Seville that it is hard to choose. We loved the cerveceria at the end of the street. It always seemed busy and the staff were so keen to give good customer service. It was a beautiful place to stop for a drink and some tapas on the way back from exploring the city. We can't wait to return to Seville and thoroughly recommend this apartment. Thank you Lidia.

Well located quiet apt for two

This small but adequately sized apartment is ideal for two people visiting Seville. It is clean and quiet with a comfortable bed and use of a (shared) courtyard.

Most importantly it is in the very nice Arts Museum area and just 10-15 minutes pleasant stroll through pedestrianised shopping streets to the incredible Alcazar, the Cathedral and the Plaza de Espana.

We ate in at the apartment a couple of nights and the large fridge stored all our food. The local wines were excellent and I can highly recommend any of them.

Finally, the owner, who speaks excellent English, was keen to ensure we had all we needed and the price was more than reasonable.

My mother died when i was 19 years old. After a few years, i took her heritage and i decided to buy these apartments in the same area where i live. i am living in the Fine arts Museum area since 16 years ago. I love this area. It is considered the most authentic neighbourhood in Seville. I know its people, bars, shops etc. It is a really good option where to live when visiting Seville. everything is walking distance

Special interest holidays:

The apartment is located opposite the Fine Arts Museum Square, one of the most significant places in the city. Every Sunday you can visit the painters market, where local artists expose and sell their work. Some of Seville´s best dining and tapas are in the area. We can recommend Boreas restaurant-40m. away, Bar Eslava,etc. You can take a nice walk to the river to see the sunset and Triana bridge. Easy access to the theme Park Isla Magica. Shopping mall, design shops, cinema V.O.

Coast/Beach:

Beautiful beaches are 100 kms from the apartments. We can recommend you a lot of them.

Travel:

You do not need a car to visit Seville. The apartment is centrally located. There´s 3 public parkings at about 100 mtrs from the apartment. Then, we also offer the possibility of renting our parking place which is right opposite the flat-it´s fo small-medium cars, and the price is 15€ per day. Finally, you can try and park in the street parallel named Goles-this last option would be free. We can give you directions once you are here or go with you to get the car parked.

Distances:

We can recommend you a lot of places of interest near Seville. The apartment has an excellent location to access to the main roads to get significant villages or towns.

The neighborhood surrounding the Museum of Fine Arts is one of the most typical quarters in Seville, with a mix of stately, historic houses, plazas and churches. This part of the city provides with a perfect insight of every day life in Seville, offering a more authentic and less touristy Seville without sacrificing proximity to the major monuments and cultural sights. Guests are less than one minute from the Museum of Fine Arts (Museo de Bellas Artes), and four minutes from the El Corte Ingles, La Campana, Sierpes, Tetuan-shopping district. The Cathedral, Alcazar and Santa Cruz quarter are approximately 10 minutes walk. It´s a few minutes walk to the Plaza de Armas bus station, the Guadalquivir River and Triana district. Also near the theme park Isla Magica. The trendy and bohemian part of the city, La Alameda de Hércules, known for the great amount of open air terraces, new restaurants, gay-friendly pubs,etc, is just 8 minutes walk.

From Santa Justa railway station take bus 32 towards Plaza de la Encarnacion. Get off at the last stop. From there straight on towards La Campana, then take Afonso XII and keep on straight till you reach Plaza del Museo. Airport transfer if required. Possibility of private parking in the building. Also public parking available.

In addition to his central location, the apartment is situates in a very quiet street, so a peacefull stay is guaranteed. On Sundays you can go across the street to the Fine Arts Museum Square and visit the painters market, where local artists expose and sell their work. Some of Seville´s best dining and tapas are in the neighbourhood surrounding the apartment. We can recommend Boreas(50mtrs away, with open-air terrace), Bar Eslava, etc..

The flat is strategically located for those who can to visit Seville during Easter, and is also easy access to the Feria de Abril.

The living room is very spacious and bright with 2 balconies with table and 2 chairs to have sun, breakfast, etc and a individual sofa bed . It is very quiet and charming. It is located in the 2.5 floor and there is no lift but the stairs are very comfortable
