The villa is set in grounds of over 3200sqm, with a surround gravel driveway linking both driveway entrances. There is sufficient parking available for over a dozen cars including a sheltered area. The main pool has a BBQ area with table and seating, as well as a patio area to offer further table and chairs. The swimming area also has its own outdoor shower and indoor toilet, designed with similar specification to the en-suite toilets. The large swimming pool is enclosed by the landscaped gardens, which have several gravel pathways meandering throughout the grounds. The property is located in a very exclusive area known as "Millionaires Row' in Val de Milho which as well as offering privacy, remains tranquil and peaceful as there is no through road passing by the property. There is a central eating area with a stone table and sufficient seating for 12 people. We have also extended the sun terrace on the roof to include a sheltered seating area with a sofa, table and chairs.

Coast/Beach:

5 minutes walk. The nearest beach is Centianes, a lovely beach with plenty of space at low tide - recently extended with some old cliff removed (to make it safe). There's a good fish restaurant 'O Stop', overlooking the beach, recently been completely rebuilt to modern hygiene standards. The beach is approached by a pathway from a small gravel car park and there are a few steps leading down onto the beach. Sunbeds and shades.

Travel:

Faro is the nearest airport which is a 45 minute drive. A car is recommended but not essential.

Distances:

Carvoeiro is a picturesque village nestling between two cliffs. Carvoeiro beach is small but ample and is fringed with seaside cafes and restaurants and still home to local fishermen whose boats complete the picture postcard scene. Although there are lots of bars and restaurants there is only one night club, and this makes Carvoeiro ideal for families and couples looking for a relax. The town of Carvoeiro is just a short 5 minute drive away. Water slide parks and Zoo marine are very close by.
