Luxury 2 bedroom penthouse furnished to high standard. Ideal for golfers or just a great place to relax with everything on your doorstep and yet in an exclusive residential area with communal pool. Large, comfortable lounge and dining room, satellite 42" TV (BBC1, 2, ITV, Channel 4 etc.) VHS, DVD, board games.Internet is available(at extra cost).Fantastic roof terrace/solarium with loungers and dining facilities in addition to the sheltered terrace accessed via the lounge and master bedroom suite which also has dining and sunbed facilities. All the bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. There's a white bathroom suite and fully equipped kitchen.Apartment fitted with mosquito screens.This beautiful accommodation is situated in a small residential development - and is a mere 10 mins transfer time from the airport. The main resort of Caleta De Fuste is within a short (and very pleasant) walk away. The apartment benefits from all day sunshine - should it be required. Lovely!

My family and I love the sunshine and the way of life it brings...hence our property in the Canaries and our apartment in beautiful Villamartin on the Costa Blanca.

The Owner purchased this apartment in 2004

Superb location..and generally all year round sunshine. The apartment has ease of access to all the amenities and the superb beaches and lagoons...it also offers peace and quiet when required...what more could a person wish for !!

What makes this apartment unique

Lovely experience.

We don't usually bother with writing reviews..but in this case we'll make an exception !

Firstly we wholeheartedly agree with the comments of the other guests regarding this apartment.It is a very very nice place to spend your holiday.Extremely well equipped,expensively furnished with a top notch quality finish.

Upon arrival we were met by the owners driver and taken to the apartment...whereby we were greeted by their caretaker who showed us around.The place was spotless.

We were then just left to relax..which we 100% did!..the roof terrace is just amazing with breathtaking views.The loungers were new and very comfortable.Even beach towels were provided

The 2nd terrace is just as lovely..more of a place to relax in the morning and early evening..again the comfortable rattan effect settee and 2 lounging chairs seemed to be new.

The kitchen is well stocked with equipment...better than we have at home if truth be said !!

A large HD TV is provided that has all the British channels..great for the soaps..made even better by the lovely surroundings (lighting,nice settees,candles etc..)

Shower,bath,bidet etc is all you need in the bathroom.

And lastly a kingsize bed with a lovely view when waking up in the morning.

Yes...we loved it.

Finally it seems that a lot of money has been spent on the marina and beaches recently..and it showed.A very very classy place to spend your vacation...and that 100% includes the apartment as well.

Wonderful apartment!

Never having done anything other than package holidays before I was, how should I say....'slightly worried about everything.'

John however put me totally at my ease with my/his exchange of emails; answering any questions I had straight away.

He also arranged a taxi to and from airport for us to save worries.

Once at the apartment we (husband, and teenagers) were soon settled. The apartment is exactly as described and more. Clean, spacious and welcoming. We wanted for nothing. This is the most relaxing holiday overseas that I've had. No one to answer to and no one telling us when to eat etc. We just pleased ourselves whether that was eating at 'home' or out.

Everything we needed was provided including beach towels...!

The roof terrace is amazing at all times of the day...we spent a lot of time soaking up the sun on those comfy sunbeds and if we got a little hot we popped down to the pool for a cool down.

Many happy evenings were spent on the patio area with wine and nibbles. What could be nicer!

The supermarket is just across the road....If you want it they'll have it...and very cheap tasty wine!

I'm sure we will return to this lovey apartment before long for another relaxing week or two...

A wonderful relaxing holiday

This is our 3rd stay.So needless to say we like it - A LOT !!! We just turn up (with a few clothes!!!) and relax.We don't even need to bring beach towels.Ta ra !!! Everything is provided at this beautiful apartment.....6 stars :)

This was the best chilled out holiday we have had john was always very helpfull as this was my first time of booking online and was very green i neednt of worried the apartment was exactly how discribed and everything we needed and the weather was great to thank you john for a stress free holiday

Excellent apartment

Not a lot more to say to compliment the other reviews on this property. The property had everything to make our holiday perfect. A lovely quiet pool for sunbathing, swimming and relaxing by. The roof top terrace is ideal if you like a little more privacy whilst sunbathing.

The Atlantic shopping centre is a short five minute walk away and a few more minutes walk you are at the beach.

Everything went smoothly and thanks to the owners for arranging our airport pick up and drop off, sorting out the the internet access ready on arrival.

I would highly recommend this property and if I was planning a another holiday to Fuerteventura this would be on my list to stay.

Activity and Interests

Car: not necessary


The nearest beaches are the lagoon beaches which are a 5 min walk away. They are totally family friendly and offer an entirely safe environment in which to bathe in -for adults and children alike. The beach gently shelves into the calm sea.There is also quite a remarkable island bar on these Lagoons called "La Isla Bar". See pictures. They serve food and drink.Check out the paella!

There is also a much larger beach approx. a 10 mins walk away from the lagoons with various watersports.


Many of the UK's major airlines fly directly to the island of Fuerteventura.The resort of Caleta De Fuste is just 10 mins. away. Taxis cost approx. 13 euros.A car is not essential to enjoy the resort.


The nearest town is Caleta De Fuste which is a very pleasant 10 mins walk away. It is less than 5 mins by car.

Further Details:

A modern commercial centre is a 4 mins walk away. A variety of quality retail outlets,supermarket and bank can be found here alongside bars and restaurants overlooking the white horseshoe beach/sea. A bowling alley and cinema is also situated at the centre. Caleta is a thriving tourist centre with a range of shops, bars and restaurants in a low key relaxed setting. There are many water sport activities available including diving (PADI), snorkelling, windsurfing and jet-skis. There is also an upmarket marina with some lovely fish restaurants and bars to enjoy. From here you can book various boat/fishing trips.
