We have pleasure in offering you the opportunity to let our holiday home. This apartment situated on the gated, waterfront complex of Parque Santiago 1 is ideal for families or couples wanting a break away. With the promenade stretching from Los Cristianos to Costa Adeje filled with waterside bars, restaurants and cafe. Beaches are in plentiful supply with their water sports for the energetic. The coastline with its magnificent views day and night offer an inviting stroll. Wanting a quiet night in, there is a supermarket on site and the fully equipped kitchen is great for preparing those meals to be eaten on the private balcony to sit and watch the sun go down. There is always the satellite TV to catch up on your soaps. Atlantic Property Services are on site to help with any car hire or excursions. The property is situated on the 2nd floor with no lift access. PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO POOL REFURBISHMENT AND TILING THE POOL WILL BE CLOSED 1st APRIL 2018 FOR APPROX 3 MONTHS. WE HAVE THE FULL USE OF PARQUE SANTIAGO 2 POOL WHILE WORK IS ONGOING.

About Neil

We have owned our family apartment for 16 years enjoying many holidays with our children.

I have a small painting and decorating business and always try to keep on top of the apartment each time we are out, touching up any scuff marks and redecorating throughout every couple of years. We do not allow single sex bookings or under 25s to use our apartment, always trying to maintain a decent client who would look after the property like they would there own.

Neil purchased this apartment in 2002

Why Neil chose Arona

The main reason for purchasing our property was its central location and the excellent reputation Parque Santiago 1 has. The complex is always kept in tip top condition with a full time team of maintenance workers, gardeners, cleaners, 24hr security and pool attendants. The complex also benefits from a pool side restaurant and on site supermarket.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is conveniently location on the water front and only a few minutes away from Los Cristianos where you can take boat rides to see the dolphins and whales or have a walk round the town centre with the many shops and restaurants. We are again only a few minutes walk to catch the free bus to the new Siam Park (water park), Jungle Park, Aqualand and Camel Park

The apartment is pool facing overlooking the children's pool on the 2nd floor. We also have a friendly pool bar where Pepe and Sue will give you a warm welcome. Breakfast is served daily from 8.30am, drinks, snacks, meals and ice creams are available until close with Happy Hour between 4 - 6pm. The complex has a large heated swimming pool and separate children's pool, which is set in a sunbathing area. There are ample sunbeds and parasols for hire for a minimal charge. Parque Saniago 1 is the smallest of the complex's and is renowned for its well kept communal gardens and clean hallways. We have 24hr security on this gated complex. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The housekeeper will have the apartment cleaned prior to arrival and all linen will be provided along with hand and bath towels. Long lets 4 weeks and over, linen and towels to be cleaned by guest with an additional set of linen left out to change over. Private balcony with views of the pool and sea view, also with fantastic views of Mounte Teide. A clothes maiden, table and 4 chairs is provided on the balcony.

Great Apartment and location

Although the pool was out of use due to major refurbishment, which we knew of in advance, we enjoyed our stay in the apartment, which was well-equipped and ideally positioned in the complex.

The only downside was the dust from the refurbishment works, but this will not deter us from returning in the future.

excellent apartment and location

The apartment itself was spotless on arrival and had everything we needed. The front room and balcony were very cosy in the evenings when we wanted to stay in and cook with a tv etc and although the balcony looks over the pool you also have sea views which was great.

The bedroom and bathroom upstairs are also very nice and spotlessly clean and we had more than enough space compared to previous places we have stayed in. There was a hairdryer etc in the bedroom and the beds were very comfortable. I would upload some photos if I could to show the lovely morning view.

The actual complex was lovely and again spotless everywhere the pool was cleaned daily. There is a lovely cafe/bar on site next to the pool which was very cheap and lovely food, you can even order a full roast chicken to take away for a very cheap price which was good.

The location was absolutely perfect, very close to everything but peacefully quiet once you’re in the complex in the evenings. You are practically on the beach when you go through the back door which was perfect for us who wanted to enjoy the surf right outside.

You can walk one way through Las Americas into Puerto Colon and then into Costa Adeje or the other way into Los Christianos both gorgeous views all the way.

Plenty of bars and restaurants out the front of the complex on the doorstep or out the back on the beach side depending on what you want.

Neil was on hand for any questions we had, we absolutely loved this apartment and location and wouldn’t even consider anywhere else and would love to book this one again next year.

after just returning from a week in this apartment thought i better say how pleased i am. On arrival we found the apartment spotless with every thing we needed location is great with bars shops restaurants all within walking distance. the whole complex seems very well looked after and i will certainly be looking to book again next year. Thanks for a lovely week.

Ideal location, very affordable

Having just returned home from staying in the property, to say we were pleased with the apartment would be an understatement. On arrival, the apartment was spotless throughout,very well maintained and everything we needed was provided. When looking for something to eat, we were spoiled for choice all within walking distance, with every cuisine catered for. Adeje and Los Cristianos are both within walking distance of the apartment, if tours and activities are your thing, there is an agent outside the complex to sort that out for you.Overall a very enjoyable week and the apartment would be top of my list if we were to return to Tenerife

The sea front is 2 minutes walk away, with white sandy beaches in both directions of the apt. Water sports including jet skiing, peddle boats, para-sending, and banana rides are located on the local beaches. Glass bottom boats, day long boat excursions and ferries trips are available at Los Cristianos. Available locally, horse riding and a free bus service to the water park, jungle park and go-karting circuit.


Reina Sofia airport (TFS) located in the south of the Island is only 16km away, it takes approx 20 minutes by taxi and will cost appox 28 euros. You can pre-book a taxi on the following link:

Booking Notes:
Please email to book apartment. £100 non-refundable deposit per weeks stay payable to secure booking. ie 1 week £100, 2 Weeks £200, 3 Weeks £300 etc. The remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. Keys will be sent out approx 2 weeks after full payment has been received.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexable. Check-in is 3pm, and check-out is 10am, this is to enable the housekeeper to clean the apartment before the arrival of the next guests.

Notes on prices:
Prices quoted are based without leaving unbookable empty day gaps between bookings. Prices based on 2 sharing. Additional supplement of £25 per extra person.
