Apartment in Nerja, Costa del Sol, Spain - Panoramic Sea Views

Overlooking the El Playazo beach there is nothing else to see other than the sand and the deep blue sea. With the fully folding double glazed doors open you can really appreciate the south facing views. The apartment building is set within it's own private courtyard, adjacent to the 5 star Perla Marina Hotel. Ideally located just 5 minute walk from the main shopping area of Nerja, which includes many cafes and restaurants to choose from. There are also two supermarkets nearby. The beautiful old town with its many shops, restaurants and bars is a 10 minute pleasant walk away and surrounds the Balcon de Europa, with its famous views of the coast and mountains. We completed major refurbishment to a very high standard, which has increased the size of the lounge and dining area. It also includes a new fully fitted kitchen, fully folding double glazed doors to the balcony, allowing you to enjoy of the stunning panoramic views.

Wonderful Seaviews

Ideal location, fantastic balcony and seaviews, this is the perfect apartment to relax in. The apartment was well furnished and clean. It was lovely to have a separate toilet too.

Good choice of restaurants within walking distance and three mini supermarkets within a 3 minute walk. It is definately the best place to stay in Nerja with miles of coastline to walk. Good promenade and we spent many hours people watching!! I would recommend this to friends and relatives and hope to book next year.

I bought the apartment for it's location & view it is set within it's own private courtyard, adjacent to the 5 star Perla Marina Hotel which is less than a minute away from Torrecilla beach with its clear blue water & Has direct access onto El Playzo Beach.
