Apartment in Villamartin, Nr. Torrevieja, Costa Blanca South, Spain - Quiet Location, near the coast (beach) and easy access to many Golf courses

Our apartment offers you the best of both worlds - a relaxing environment (as our apartment is far enough away from restaurants, bars, shops for it to be quieter); whilst being close enough to easily get to them. If you want to be around the ‘buzz’ the Villamartin Plaza is a just a 10 minute walk away. It has many bars and restaurants to meet a wide range of tastes and budgets. There are many more similar plaza's dotted around if you want to ‘go explore’. La Zenia Beach is a 10 minute drive away; and with a car (or via bus / taxi) the choice of beaches, coastline and other sight-seeing venues will keep all ages content. Benidorm Water Park is a popular choice for the younger ones (it is about a 45 mins - 1 hour drive away). For the keen golfer you will be spoilt for choice with many courses within reach from our apartment. The apartment has air conditioning and heating so it can be used all year round.

Great Apartment

We have stayed in this area (Villamartin) many times and this was easily the best apartment. It was big, well equipped and very secure. The owners were very quick in responding to any request and the complex manager could not have been more helpful. The pool is an excellent size and was cleaned every day we were there. We had the use of beds. Chairs and cool bags all stored by the owners in a garage storeroom. Overal we would recommend this apartment to anyone!

a lovely stay

Booking via the internet - you really never know what to expect - but this time we did very well and I can honestly say this is a great apartment where the owners have thought about even the little details to make your stay a great one. From the linen / towels to the hairdryer, the books and DVDs and the TV. This is by far one of the best apartments we have stayed in at Villa martin and can recommend it, and would stay again. Also it was great that Dave across the landing was on hand and friendly and helpful - all making our stay a relaxing one.

Lovely appartment

This apartment has everything you need for the perfect holiday . The pool area and gardens are gated , secure and perfect for relaxing in . The owner Darren was very easy to deal with when booking and the key holder Dave was a great help through out our stay , I would recommend this apartment and look forward to visiting again

Absolutely loved it. The apartment was exactly as described I would defiantly recommend it. I cant wait to go back everyone is so friendly, its great for families and for the younger crowd as it isn't to far from the bars.

Fantastic Apartment

Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Very clean, tidy, light and airy. Close to the plaza for shops and restaurants. We felt at home straight away. Owner Darren a pleasure to deal with as were the caretakers Dave and Gill. Will definatly book to come back!

From the Owner

Easy access from the UK to 2 Spanish airports - less than 45 min journey from farthest away airport we use - great coastline, beaches, golf courses.

Activity and Interests


Being near the Costa Blanca (white coast) there are plenty of beaches. Please contact owner if you require further details.


Driving a car - it is about 15-20m from Murcia airport and 40-45m from Alicante airport. You can use a taxi service or we may be able to help with a pick-up / return service. For family (and golfing) holidays a car is advisable. There are taxi and bus services. If you just want a quiet long-weekend, you can get-by without a car.


We are a 10m walk away from "Villamartin" Plaza (and Villamartin Golf course) also about the same from "Los Dolces" (shops / restaurants). There are plenty of bars / restaurants and shops. St Miguel is also nearby. If you have a car there is just too much to list, there are plenty of varied things to do. If you want more information please ask.

Booking Notes:
25% of the full rental amount is payable when you book; this is NOT refundable in all cases. There is a ‘security’ deposit of £100.00 (up to 4 guests) or £150.00 (for 5/6 guests). A cleaning fee of £30 applies (for 1 clean after you leave). The full balance is due at least 28 days before your rental start date. If you cancel after paying the balance we will refund the cleaning fee and security deposit only.

Notes on prices:
To work out the total price multiply the per night price by the number of nights you want to stay. The prices quoted are for a typical period of up to 14 nights - prices for other periods are available on request (discounts for longer periods).


A cleaning fee of £30 applies (for 1 clean after you leave) to cover "fair" use. If cleaning is deemed "excessive" we reserve the right to charge more.

We require 25% at time of booking; the balance is paid 28 days before the first day of the booking period

  • Notes on accommodation: We can arrange for a ‘welcome pack’ (i.e. milk, juice, etc). Please ask if you want more info. Outside: The communal pool is approx 50ft long and 10-15ft wide, it is only shared by the apartments within the gated community. Access is via a locked gate (providing additional secure privacy). We have often only shared the entire pool area with another 4-5 families (even in the peak times) not heated (very few in Spain are!). The apartment block has a communal sun terrace (roof area), you can use this for sun-bathing (if you love the sun!) or to watch the sun go down). There is a small park (really for very young children) just outside the pool area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is managed all year round for us. Fully cleaned before you arrive. Additional cleaning can be provided on request (please ask for more info). Towels and linen are provided for the apartment (but not beach / pool towels).
