Villa Coloma is a fully air conditioned villa located in the popular yet quiet residential area of Gotmar, in Puerto Pollenca. The house is set on the edge of the protected pine woods and offers accessibility, privacy and mountain views. The interior is crisp and modern with white painted walls and ceramic tiled floors, but blends seamlessly with traditional materials for the staircase and bathrooms. The ground floor is open plan with an easy transition between kitchen, living/dining, hallway and the exterior covered terraces. The gardens are beautiful and private, mostly laid to lawn, and there is a 10x5m heated (extra cost) pool. Electric gates ensure good security and peace of mind with children. A supermarket and bar/restaurants are about 5 minutes walk with the beautiful Port of Pollenca with its marina, shops and beaches about 20 minutes walk.

We have always loved this part of Majorca, the scenery is stunning and the towns offer all you would need for a fabulous holiday. We fell in love with the area after holidaying there several times as our family was growing up.

What makes this villa unique

We enjoy the fact that the villa feels rural although it is on the edge of the town, you can be in the heart of the action within 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes in the car/bike. The mountain views are stunning and it is just such a calm peaceful place to be I always go home relaxed and calm.

Amazing

So beautiful! Had the most amazing stay, felt like we were in a spa as it was so relaxing. We chilled out and loved relaxing in the gardens drinking tea and looking at the beautiful views. There are lots of things to do near by and lots of amazing restaurants. The beds are so comfortable and we throughly enjoyed the kitchen and having all of the doors open in the morning for all of the sunlight to come in. Felt very lucky. Thank you for having us.

Our family of 10 enjoyed the most fantastic week in this beautiful villa. The location is stunning within easy reach of the resort. Everything was of such lovely quality, and so very comfortable - we could have wanted for nothing more.
