A contemporary, stylish apartment with high quality furnishings. Located in the most desirable area of Port de Soller named Es Traves close to the popular Hotel Esplendido. In Conde Nast, Port Soller was quoted as a 'Mallorca's best kept secret'. Located in an elevated position commanding amazing views of the harbour, mountains and the Mediterranean sea. On the three private terraces you can relax and enjoy either the sunshine or shade, dine out al fresco and watch the amazing sun sets. There is a spacious infinity communal pool with breathtaking views. There is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Large living area with open plan Kitchen. Two bathrooms. The apartment is very private and in a peaceful setting. The Port, is a short walk down the hill and offers a fabulous selection of local restaurants and bars. There are three sandy beaches. The pretty town of Soller is a short drive away or you can take an old traditional tram. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and every detail has been considered.

The good size infinity communal pool has sunbathing decking and terraces to enjoy the breathtaking views.

The Kitchen is fully equipped like a home from home.

Amazing views

This apartment totally lived up to the expectations we had from looking at the pictures online. The apartment has a real contemporary feel and everything you would ever need is provided, including the large Gas BBQ. The views were amazing, and definitely worth the climb up the huge hill to get there. At first, we were a little taken aback at how much of a hill there was to climb, but you do get used to it and we made sure we only climbed up once per day!! We would certainly recommend this apartment and we hope to return one day to this amazing place.

Lovely Apartment with beautiful views.

Had a lovey holiday and would return for another stay here again ! Lovely views from all around the area of Porto Soller... very good facilities and in good order, just a light out at the Barbecue area the outside lampshade. Great to have the Bose music system also. The only thing which would improve the stay would be to arrive with at least a bottle of chilled water, after traveling all day that would be nice. Shirley has been very helpful and always at hand...Thank You Shirley. We didn't get to meet Ulrike who was supposed to be the apartments manager to hand over keys and check apartment before you leave. The cleaners were very helpful when we arrived though. Also we were only left 2 bath towels and 4 hand towels for 2 people, we had to go buy our own so remember to take some with you. All said we really enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay again !!!

Fantastic apartment

This is wonderful apartment. It has fabulous facilities and the view from the apartment and from the pool is just stunning. Our first impression on arriving was that the walk down to the seafront might be a little onerous but we soon found it to be an easy 10 minute walk down, if a slightly more challenging 10 minute walk back up. However a taxi was only 7€. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Lightweight chairs are provided to use by the pool as there are no loungers there and during our stay we were the only people who seemed to have them. Not that the pool was every particularly busy, including us there was never more than 6 people using it at any one time and often we had it completely to ourselves.

Shirley provided excellent service. Really quick responses to all emails and the folder in the apartment with local information was very helpful.

We love this resort and area of Mallorca and have every intention to return to the apartment.

Prior to booking the holiday the communication with Shirley was excellent , she was extremely helpful with any questions I had . The apartment was an excellent standard and we loved the outside area , eating out in the evenings with such a wonderful view was fantastic.

Port Soller is a wonderful place and we were spoilt for choice with the wonderful restaurants . We hired a Rib for a day which was really good fun . The apartment is at the top of a hill , however we enjoyed the walk down and got a taxi back . I would highly recommend this apartment and location . We will definitely be back !

Just perfect !

A short Spring break in this lovely, very well equipped apartment - made all the more enjoyable by having great views from main bedroom/outside terraces & swimming pool (situated slightly higher up from the apartment ) . A most comfortable modern interior ( and v. comfortable large bed ! ),& large bathrooms with showers etc & with everything provided for .

Outside there are 4 loungers (with padded covers ) & separate dining table/outside lighting - perfect for al fresco dining. The gardens & pool area were being given their Spring clean whilst we were there, unfortunately the pool wasnt quite warm enough just yet !

It is possible to walk down to the promenade - we found steps just after the Esplendido Hotel rear car park which bring you out v. close to the hotel - but the road & steps are steep, so need to take care. Takes approx 10-15 mins .Taxi back is now 7 euros.Great choice of bars/restaurants when you reach promenade - our best meal was at The Kingfisher ( at far end of bay near marina ) - food & service simply wonderful ! If you fancy trip to Cala Deia to "The Night Manager" restaurant , do book in advance if poss - better tables at far end of outside terrace & arrive early in view of v. limited parking -

Overall , a wonderful apartment that provides a lovely holiday, in all aspects.

Pool with a view

A stunning apartment, exceedingly well equipped and beautifully furnished. What a treat it was to stay here with our 2 children, we felt very spoilt. Although the apartment is at the top of a steep hill, this is more than compensated for with the spectacular views from the pool and 3 apartment terraces overlooking Puerto Soller. Puerto Soller itself is a perfect mix of bars, restaurants, beach and relaxation - we were all very impressed with the standard of the food (especially the frozen yogurt from Le Petite Cafe!)

The infinity pool and adjoining terrace was definitely a highlight for us all, getting in the pool after a hot day trip and swimming to the edge to admire the views from above was a daily treat, as was just sitting and watching the world go by in the harbour.

We planned to walk up the hill, but the heat was too much for us so we walked down every time and got the taxi back, which was fine as the taxis were only 7 euros. Although a car may be useful here, we personally enjoyed not having to worry about driving for our stay.

Definitely one of the best holidays we've had. We'd happily return to stay here anytime.

We have been going to Mallorca for 20+ years and always wanted to buy a property. Port Soller is a stunning location and in part of the island that has kept it's charm and authenticity.

The heart of the rugged Tramuntana mountain range can be found in the center of Soller. There are a variety of ways to discover the spectacular surroundings and get closer to the real Mallorca, either on foot, by bike, sea kayak, boat or bicycle. Experienced guides can be organised via www.tramuntanatours.com

Deep sea diving and sailing school located in Port de Soller.


Second Sunday/Monday of May: Soller celebrates the 'Fira i Firó' with traditional markets and the popular battle with 'Moors and Christians'.

29 June: 'Sant Pere' the traditional celebration in Port de Soller with music and concerts.

24 August: 'Sant Bartomeu' the official Soller holiday with the famous 'Nit de foc' (fire night) with the 'Esclatabutzes' group.

July: 'Sa Mostra' the folk international festival in Soller.


Port de Soller has three beaches. The nearest is less than a 5 minute drive down the hill or a 10 minute walk. There are plenty of small calas along the coast towards Deia and Pollensa.


The nearest airport is Palma. The apartment is half an hour drive away from the airport. There are taxis available outside the airport or alternatively you can hire a car.


Nearest major town is Soller which is a 5 min drive or 20 minute tram ride. Other towns nearby are Deia, Valldemossa, Fornalutx or Biniaraix which are all very picturesque and are accessible by the local bus transportation, which also goes to Palma. Shopping facilities and restaurants in the Port are all within a 5 to 10 minute walk.

Further Details:

If you are interested in Spa Treatments during your stay we can organise for professional treatments at the apartment by a professional consultant who previously managed the Spa at La Residencia Hotel. Alternatively, there are extensive Spa facilities available to non residents at the Jumeirah Hotel and Esplendido Hotel both of which are walking distance.

There is a large selection of restaurants in the Port. Deia is a 20 minute drive and has some exclusive restaurants including one with a Michelin star and of course the infamous La Residencia Hotel. Another well renowned michelin star restaurant, Bens Duvall, is a 10 minute drive. There are some new chic Hotels close by which offer wonderful dining experiences.

Walking and cycling in the Tramuntana Mountains in world famous. Tramuntana Tours in the Port, within walking distance of the apartment, will be able to assist with everything from guided tours to bike hire to map.

If you would like to have a day trip out on a power boat or sailing boat to enjoy the stunning mountainous coastline or perhaps do some fishing we can help organise this for you.

Our Property Manager speak English, German and Spanish and provides a meet and greet service for all guests.

For arrivals after 8pm there will be a one off charge of 15 Euros to the Property Manager for out of hours meet and greet service.

Our Property Manager is willing to organise any groceries in advance of your arrival for a small charge.

Changeover day is flexible.

Arrival time 4pm and Departure at 11am. We will always try to be flexible with these times to accommodate guests requirements.

The security deposit of 300 Euros or £300 should be paid to our Property Manager on arrival and will be refunded in full on your departure. It is only there to cover for major damage or breakages
