The villa has sea views from the rooftop sunbathing area, poolside terrace ,dining terrace and from the internal dining area. The villa will sleep a maximum of 6 adults in 3 bedrooms- 1 kingsize and 2 twin. Fully fitted kitchen including fridge/freezer, gas oven and hob and microwave. Other amenities include a private pool, dining terrace, Gas BBQ, washing machine, travel cot, and highchair. Internally refurbished May 2010.

You can fly to Mahon direct from most uk cities and new in 2016 are direct flights from London Heathrow with British Airways and Condor from Birmingham.

The location is perfect, being only 20 minutes from the airport and once in Binibeca Nou, only 7 mins walk from the beach which is safe and sandy with toilet facilities, as well as hosting the island's most famous beach bar.

What makes this villa unique

Even better it is only 2 mins to the local restaurants and bars of Cala Torret. Great sea views too!

Hi Bev, Friday night after first week back and the rain is coming down …. But we have great memories of staying at you lovely villa, we had great fun and really enjoyed villa. They day bed was wonderful and the view from the roof was where we went each evening for drinks and yes we did get to see the mountains of Majorca as well. The Children loved jumping from the rocks in the cove and we all enjoyed sitting out playing cards at night on the veranda.

Mahon airport is 15/20 mins by car. Car hire is not essential.

Binibeca Vell is a traditional fishing village which is a pleasant 20 minute walk. More restaurants and supermarkets are here.

Within 2 minutes walk there are restaurants, bars, bakery and supermarket.

Diving school located at the jetty- 5 mins walk. There are many walks and bicycle routes all over the island accessible from here.

Brilliant

Our stay in the villa was everything we hoped for and more. The villa itself is gorgeous and is looked after very well. The pool is nice and clean and you get an amazing view from the roof, perfect for watching the sunset. The location is superb as it's only a stone throw away from a supermarket, Paupa (the best place for food and drinks at the water front) and Binibeca beach. We will definitely be back!

Great location, and all we needed...

This villa is equipped with all we needed, we especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace. We loved being able to pop to the shop, bakery restaurants and beach, car not needed for only 10 days.

Perfect location for a family holiday

Fantastic holiday in this lovely clean villa with beautiful sea views. We spent a perfect week pottering between the beach and the pool and enjoying the restaurants and playgrounds which were all in walking distance.

Both Bev and Sarah (who manages the property out there) were very easy to deal with answering any queries instantly.

No need for car hire unless you want to explore more of the island - Binibeca is an easy taxi ride from the airport and the villa is virtually opposite a well stocked supermarket.

All in all a perfect holiday for our family with primary aged children and we definitely hope to return.

Fantastic villa in excellent location. Lovely bars and restaurants all a stones throw from the villa

We absolutely loved the villa and location. Would definitely like to come back as everything was just fantastic. Amazing views from the roof terrace. Didn't want to leave. Bakery and supermarket so close. All amenities within easy walking distance. Cannot recommend it enough. Thank you

Great place to relax

This is the second time we have stayed at this villa and, as usual, we had a great stay. Lovely location and a great pool. You don't need to hire a car but it would be useful to explore the island. We had our shopping delivered but the nearby supermarket stocks everything you need. Discovered Bar Paupa this time which was great, fantastic views and good food. Also, the bakery which opens from 8-2, great food and service.

Beautiful position, fantastic views

The villa is situated at the end of a cul de sac so quite private. There are fantastic views over the bay. Only disappointment was the amount of steps around the outside of the villa which I dont think is suitable for a toddler, as we were hoping to bring our granddaughter next year. Apart from that it is a lovely villa and pool.
