The villa has sea views from the rooftop sunbathing area, poolside terrace ,dining terrace and from the internal dining area. The villa will sleep a maximum of 6 adults in 3 bedrooms- 1 kingsize and 2 twin. Fully fitted kitchen including fridge/freezer, gas oven and hob and microwave. Other amenities include a private pool, dining terrace, Gas BBQ, washing machine, travel cot, and highchair. Internally refurbished May 2010.

You can fly to Mahon direct from most uk cities and new in 2016 are direct flights from London Heathrow with British Airways and Condor from Birmingham.

Why Bev Moss chose San Luis

The location is perfect, being only 20 minutes from the airport and once in Binibeca Nou, only 7 mins walk from the beach which is safe and sandy with toilet facilities, as well as hosting the island's most famous beach bar.

What makes this villa unique

Even better it is only 2 mins to the local restaurants and bars of Cala Torret. Great sea views too!

Hi Bev, Friday night after first week back and the rain is coming down …. But we have great memories of staying at you lovely villa, we had great fun and really enjoyed villa. They day bed was wonderful and the view from the roof was where we went each evening for drinks and yes we did get to see the mountains of Majorca as well. The Children loved jumping from the rocks in the cove and we all enjoyed sitting out playing cards at night on the veranda.

Large patio dining area and shaded patio at the front of the villa overlooking the pool. BBQ and sun loungers. Pool is kidney shaped 9m x 4m with steps at one end. Roof top sunbathing area with shade from the pine tree if required! Utility Room: Washing machine. Ironing Board and Iron. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen and bath towels are provided and changed weekly.

Relaxing family holiday

This is a lovely villa in a great location. The lovely sandy beach is just a few minutes walk away and there is also a supermarket close by. We eat in Pedro's most nights, the food is lovely and the view out to see is beautiful. It was a bit pricey but if you go at 6.30pm the children eat free from the children's menu.

Lovely villa in a great location.

We had a fantastic holiday on Menorca and were really pleased with the villa. It was very clean on arrival, as described and we were very comfortable. The pool was great and very well maintained. The roof terrace is an added bonus and we enjoyed looking at the view with refreshments particularly once the kids had gone to bed!

It is in a lovely location and the slightly elevated position affords you great views of the ocean. The villa is at the end of a quiet cul de sac but only a few minutes walk to the centre of the pretty little village where you find the well stocked supermarket and several nice restaurants. The bakery is also good for breakfasts and light lunch and in the high season opens in the evenings for cocktails and live music. The beach is only a few more minutes walk further on and is very lovely, with crystal clear warm sea and golden sand. The beach bar is great and we can recommend the Gin slush!

Booking the villa was straightforward and Bev was very helpful and quick to respond.

We would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return one day.

Fantastic views, lovely pool, lovely surroundings

The property and facilities were clean, well maintained and were exactly as stated on the tin. We loved the whole location; the views from the rooftop and elsewhere were superb, we watched the sun rise over the hill in the morning and set over the sea in the evening. The pool was a blessing - we were there end of July at a very hot time of the year and so needed to plunge very frequently.

Communications with the owner were also very clear in advance.

I would recommend this property; and the surrounding little lanes with supermarket and restaurants overlooking the sea were also very enjoyable. It's the perfect villa and location for a relaxing family holiday.

The reason not 5-stars is simply (and we knew this in advance) that the nights were quite hot in the absence of air con - but I know this depends much on the time of year and might not be so bad if not at the height of summer. The electric fans did the job of cooling things down a bit though.

All in all we very much enjoyed our week there and would go back.

Very good area

A lovely place to stay would love to go back again,the beach and area are a real relaxing area to stay,no clubs ideal for families or couples requiring a nice area away from hustle and bustle,definitely on our list to go again.

The property is exactly as stated in the description. It is ideally located for all amenities, everything was as expected and we could not have asked for more. The property and pool are well maintained. We would highly recommend this property for a great, relaxing holiday. We can't wait to return next year.

Great property, great location

We enjoyed our stay at the villa very much. The location is great - two minutes from a supermarket and little bakery, and close to several restaurants. The villa and pool were spotless and just as described. It was hard to tear ourselves away from the pool and sea views but the beach was great. We loved the little beach bar and watching the sun go down from the roof terrace. We were also really grateful to Bev to let us stay later in the property on the day of our departure - this was very much appreciated. There were only two of us but the villa sleeps six, making it really good value.
