We very much enjoyed our two week stay at the apartment. We were a party of four and the stay was a real treat for all of us. The apartment is everything that was advertised and more and the location was perfect for us. Being able to walk to Puerto Banus was a real plus. The apartment does indeed have the wow factor. Prestine apartment with every conceivable mod con. Large balcony/terrace for our leisurely breakfasts overlooking the sparkling pool, used every morning. Uncrowded poolside in beautiful surroundings. 5 minutes walk to the beach, 15 minutes to Puerto Banus. Thank You Paul for a lovely holiday.

Notes on accommodation: Air conditioning is computer controlled and has just been replaced. Warm air heating and under floor heating is available in master bathroom. Children welcome. Outside: Outside there are 2 large shared swimming pools and a Jaccuzi. A fully equipped Gym with steam and sauna rooms. Beautiful tropical gardens with running ponds with coi carp. Utility Room: Siemans dryer and washer, iron and board are supplied and all cleaning materials. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen is provided. Cleaning will be done when you vacate but Maid service is available at cost price payable direct to maid / cleaner. Cleaning/laundry fee is 120€ to 140€. Other: A high chair and cot are available free to use. Full 10 meg WIF available and a PC to use.

The apatment is within a 5 mins walk to Mistral Beach Club and 15 mins to Puerto Banus itself along the beach.


Use a budget airline to Malaga airport normally EasyJet or Monarch. I always hire a car any of the above , GoRecord, Goldstar or Europcar at the airport, their desks are just below where you collect your luggage and the car is just a short walk away in the underground car park. It makes life much easier! Please contact owner should you require weblink addresses.


Marbella, Estepona, San Pedro, Benahavis are all a short drive away.
