This is a very spacious luxury apartment in a quite area but yet is 5 minutes walk from the famous 'Strip' with bars, restaurants, local shops (for excursions bookings) and entertainment. Public transport and Taxi rank is a 5 minutes walk. The old town nearby with its cobbled streets provides lots of traditional restaurants and bars with a relaxed atmosphere. The apartment overlooks the pool and has a seaview.

About the Owner

We are a family that bought in the Algarve for a number of reasons. Firstly; the flights are only a few hours from home. Secondly; the weather is perfect and the food is delicious. And thirdly; and most importantly the people are very friendly. We have been going to Portugal for the last 12 years and never tire of it. Albufeira is the perfect holiday destination for anyone who likes the sun or to relax on the many beautiful beaches (just 3 minutes away). Enjoys the food as the restaurants are second to none. It's also a great place for golfers as the choice of courses are endless. Those with children will find it an easy holiday with so much to do that they won't be bored. We have young children and find that 2 weeks is never long enough! The quality time is priceless.

Just back in the door, we just felt we had to email you to thank you ever so much for the use of your wonderful apartment. It was perfect for every aspect of our holiday. The apartment itself was ideally located in the complex for us to supervise our children. Our boys really had a ball for the week. My wife commented that it had been the best accommodation we have had since we started coming to Portugal. The walk to the beach was perfect distance, the complex was quiet at night which suited us with the two boys. Many thanks once again Brian and Emma.

Hi Emer, Just wanted to send a mail to say we really enjoyed the holiday! Apartment is perfect, it had everything we needed and is in an ideal location.

We made a few visits to the Sizzling Stone restaurant, past Wild and CO, great food every time. Old town was great, even the Strip was nice if you were there early. Horrible being back to normal, even though we had two week, it flew! But there's always next year. I'll be in touch ND.

It's all about Location! Everything needed for the perfect holiday is within walking distance; the beautiful golden beaches, the wide choice of fabulous friendly restaurants, the buzzing bars and clubs, the relaxed cafe's and the local shops. You can stroll down to the beach just (3 minutes), sit in one of the cafe/restaurants and enjoy the sound and views of the sea. You can walk the beach (20 minute stroll) to the old town with family, friends or by yourself. This apartment and its location is perfect for couples, friends or a family holiday.

Activity and Interests


It is only 200 metres to the beach via a remote controlled gate. There you will find a beach bar/restaurant, toilets. Various water sports are available in the area. Take a 15 minute stroll along the beach to the popular Fishermans Beach at the "Old Town" with its various bars and restaurants.


Faro Airport is 25 minutes drive. Transfer can be arranged at a cost of aprox €35 for 4 people. If it's a car hire you require, there are plenty to choice from allocated at the airport. A car is not needed as all amenities are no more than 5 minutes walk from the apartment.


This apartment is located in Albufeira town, just 5 minutes away from the famous "Strip". There is a tourist train that will take you from the "Strip" to the "Old Town" and return. There is a local bus service and taxi rank just minutes from the apartment. The local shop sell excursion and tickets into fun parks.

Further Details:

Local shops, restaurants, bars, supermarket, ATM, hair salon, medical centre, dentist, beach bar and lots more are within walking distance of the apartment. There is plenty of leisure activites widely available ie golf, horse riding, go karts, jet ski, fishing and much more. Local attractions would include Zoo Marine Park, Aqua Park and Slide & Splash. There is a medieval castle in Silvas which is just a short drive west. Further on down the motorway at Portamao there's a decathlon store.

  • Booking Notes:
    20% deposit at time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. 200 euro security/breakage deposit on arrival (a higher deposit required for long term rental, please contact owner for details).
    10% discount given on 2 week or more bookings in high season.

    Changeover Day:
    The apartment must be vacated by 10.30am on departure and can be entered from 4pm on arrival to facilitate cleaning. Late departure may be permitted subject to availability. Changeover day is flexible.
