Fantastically located, one step to the Cathedral, La Lonja, the marina and the exclusive shops and boutiques on the Jaume III. The apartment is located very near to bus and taxi stops so a car is not required. You can also reach supermarket, museums and shopping area in a 2 minutes walk.

Perfect Location

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location, with a nice view of the cathedral. We walked to the main bus station (with links all over Mallorca) several days, so it's easy to reach. The apartment is comfortable and it was nice staying in a traditional building. The old town is just behind the apartment where you can find lots of unique shops, restaurants and bars. Really enjoyed my stay here :)

Amazing apartment!

Beautiful apartment and exactly how it looks in the photos. Spent two weeks here with amazing views of the cathedral and enjoying every minute, great space and atmosphere. Lovely restaurant under the property with great food, love that the doors can open up full to get a good look over the street. The fountain opposite can be a little noisy at times but I quite liked listening to it at nights. Stairs to the property are rather steep, but definitely not an issue for us. Owners were great to communicate with whenever we had any issues. Would definitely recommend!

Palma de Mallorca

Lovely flat in Palma

View is as breathtaking as in the owners photographs. The flat is right on Placa Reina so the front room has the noise of the fountain though that is switched off around midnight and doesn't come on again until I think 10am. The back bedroom is comfortable and quiet. The flat was very comfortable for our family of four and the owners were very kind and flexible both with check in time and check out. Definitely the best flat we have rented as a family. Beware the steps up to the flat - would not be convenient fo those with really small children or those who are frail. Our boys of 6 and 9 were fine with them though.

City break

The apartment was ideally located for shopping, restuarants and sightseeing. The apartment overlooked the Cathedral and had everything necessary for a city break. However the stairs leading up to the flat on the third floor were extremely steep and work on a café/shop on the ground floor started early every morning and was very noisey.

Owner's Response: The ground floor of the building is closed from last October, no activities are performed there. Only a refurbishment work to open a new business is going on now. They are ready to finish in April. Maybe the noise from the refurbishment disturbed you. We apologize but unfortunately it is not under our control to stop the works and now are due to finish.

The local Palma beach is just a 10 min walk away and a short taxi ride will take you to some of the hidden beaches of Mallorca. There is a bus stop at the entrance door of the building and public parking at 20m.

Travel:

The airport is a 10 minute drive and to the port of Palma is a 10 minute walk or a couple of minutes drive. If you intend to stay in Palma then a car is not needed as everything is on your doorstep.
