The apartment has been furnished by a local interior designer and no expense has been spared to create this very special retreat where you can relax and recharge in luxurious surroundings. The lounge has 2 cream leather sofas, a dining room table and 6 leather chairs. It has 3 large bedrooms, all with wardrobes and the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom complete with jacuzzi bath. There is a further family bathroom with large shower. The lounge leads out to a huge terrace where you will find a table and chairs to seat 6. From the terrace you overlook the swimming pool and Duquesa golf. Our property is perfect for families and golfers alike. The apartment benefits from a new high quality hot and cold air-conditioning unit. The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and granite worktops, ceramic hob with cooker hood over, microwave, refrigerator with ice box and washing machine.

We have been going to Duquesa for a number of years. We particarly like Coto Real Dquesasa Golf. It is a great location for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Why Kieran McCabe chose Manilva area

Our apartment overlooks the pool and gardens. The pool is accessible directly from our terrace. We also have a large terrace area which means we can have shade and sun during the day.

What makes this apartment unique

The views from our terrace are magnificent. We love the ambience and restaurants of Puerta de la Duquesa. There are many places of interest to visit within a short drive of Coto real Duquesa Golf. The ports of Sotogrande, Puerta Banus and Estopona are also accessible.
