We purchased our apartment some 5 years ago now and it has been a great holiday-home. Due to it's location to the Old Town and stunning panoramic sea / beach views. The BOAVISTA Apartment 3b is really excellent with outstanding views.

An excellent location away from the crowds and 10 minutes from the old town of Albufeira. A well stocked Intermarche Supermarket is nearby and the apartment management company ladies are most helpful in organising airport transfers advice and ordering taxis's for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks in the apartment and highly recommend it to future guests.

Stayed at this wonderful apartment for 5 nights. It has everything you need and more. We were welcomed by the ownerss who showed us around the apartment and gave us the quickest routes to the harbour and old town area. It is in a quiet area of old town - approximately 10 minutes walk. There are a couple of bars nearby close enough for that last drink but far enough not to hear the noise. Perfect.

The beach is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and can be reached either by foot or by taking the cliff-side lift. The lift is located 5 minutes from the apartment and takes you directly on to the white, sandy beach. The new marina is a 10 minute walk in the other direction. The main square in Albufeira old town is a 15 minute walk and includes bars, restaurants and shops.


Albufeira is approximately 40km from Faro airport which will take approximately 30 minutes by car. Airport transfers can be arranged.


The apartment is situated in Albufeira Old Town, 10 minutes walk from the beautiful main square which includes and bars, restaurants and shops. The Marina is also very nearby.

Further Details:

There are loads of facilities nearby to suit all types of holiday -theme parks for families, romantic walks and restaurants for couples.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are flexible. You will be met at the apartment and given the keys. The apartment is cleaned and all linen changed once a week.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
