Firstly the location: The apartment is close to all the best Manly has to offer including shopping, restaurants, the beach, and easy transport to central Sydney.

Secondly stunning views from the apartment - the apartment wide spectacular ocean panorama over Manly Ocean beach.

Obviously in our age we were also looking ease-of-access and safety aspects of the building; there is level entry into the building and the lift - no steps from the street to the apartment! The building is in a security building with 24/7 CCTV monitoring and electronic key entry system.

What makes this apartment unique

No need to have a car to explore everything what Sydney offers in one of the most beautiful locations in Australia.

Amazing view, great location

Everything has been just perfect: very friendly, responsive and flexible owners who met us went we arrived; amazing view from the apartment; apartment very well equipped, very good quality of the beds and all furniture; garage included; great location in Manly.

Only thing to improve in the building is the lift: it is sooo slow !

Simply Perfect

Immaculate top floor apartment with panoramic views over Manly Beach which is about a 5 minute walk away. Gentle stroll to Manly Wharf for a great 30 minute ride on Manly Ferries over to Sydney. Owner is extremely helpful and responds to any queries you might have very quickly. The apartment is exactly as depicted in the photographs. Although it's in a large block, the stairs and corridors are carpeted so you don't hear other residents. Also, given it's central location, it's quiet even at the weekends. Splash pool, BBQ, sun loungers and picnic tables on the roof. Coles and Aldi near-by if you are self catering or plenty of restaurants if you prefer to eat out. Great beaches, swimming, snorkelling and kayaking all on your doorstep.Owner provides a mobile with some credit which is super handy especially if like me you can't get your own mobile to work! Loved the flat and Manly and hope to get back. I would recommend the apartment to anyone.
