The property is set within the gated community of Sotogrande, close to the Valderrama and La Reserva golf courses, the tennis clubs, riding centre and Sotogrande Port and many superb restaurants for eating out. The property features air-conditioning, under floor heating, designer kitchen, a heated, private swimming pool and includes satellite TV, 3 flat screen and one conventional TV, computer, WIFI Internet access, PlayStation 3, pool/snooker table, hi fi with iPod & iPad dock and DVD player.

Beautiful villa. Great Location.

My husband, daughter and I spent a week at the Tres Palmeras in April this year. It is located in a quiet estate within 5 minutes drive from supermarkets, the marina, beach clubs and various lovely eateries. The villa was tastefully decorated and very well appointed. We spent a couple of nights eating in rather than going out, cooking on the gas barbecue and sitting out in the garden, it was just lovely, so peaceful. The layout of the villa was ideal, our daughter spent every waking hour in the pool and we could keep our eye on her from the kitchen and patio areas.

Marbella and several other shopping malls were within 20 minutes drive which is great if you are looking for a day out of the sun.

We will certainly book the villa again, it was a peaceful sanctuary and we all felt we could have stayed for another week.

Superb!

A lovely, very clean, modern villa with a large pool and patio area. Excellent restaurants nearby. Great area for running/walking. Nice beaches. Owner extremely helpful. Will be back.

Enquiries and booking should be made direct with the owner by telephone or e-mail. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable to secure the booking. The balance, plus a £500 returnable damage deposit, must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the booking period. If the booking is made within eight weeks of the rental date then 100% is payable on booking.

Changeover Day:
Saturday is the preferred changeover day but alternatives can be accommodated.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Discounted rates offered for Autumn and Winter rentals over 3 weeks. Credit card payments are accepted.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.

Property features underfloor heating, air-conditioning, optional heated swimming pool, WiFi internet access and satellite TV. Outside: The property features a large, covered, terrace area with sofas, tables, a dining table with seating for 8 and a gas barbecue. The large pool area includes sun loungers, tables and large parasol to the side of the 4.8m x 9.5m, heated pool. Utility Room: The utility room includes a washing machine, tumble drier, sink and granite work tops, clothes rails and secluded drying area outside. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included along with a maid clean service 1 day per week. More frequently cleaning can be arranged. Pool cleaning and garden maintenance is weekly. Other: Playroom includes flat screen TV, PlayStation 3, computer with Internet access, pool/snooker table, multi-gym, tread mill and weights.
